Hotel was very modern with nice decor. Room had a Juliette balcony. Great breakfast (can order by room service or eat in dining room), but there are also many great dining options within a short distance, as well as a great book store. There is also a stylish bar in the lobby. And there is an amazing rooftop area with lots of seating to enjoy some relaxation with a view. Parking is in an open lot behind the hotel, which can be a bit of trek if have a lot of bags (best to unload from front of hotel and use luggage carts from lobby). There are elevators to upper floors. The room was super clean. But, the best part of this hotel is the staff - extra helpful and friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location to walk around downtown.

Location and comfy beds.

I would have given 9 or 10, and do agree with most everything other reviewers have posted. However, I do have a couple of suggestions. I would suggest real coffee cups in the bar and in the rooms for coffee. Paper cups just don't reflect the level of detail and sophistication that I think the hotel is going for. Also, more hooks in bathrooms for bath towels and robes. One tiny hook is not enough. Speaking of robes, always makes an impression when boutique hotels offer robes. Probably too late, but a small light overhead in the nook where coffeemaker is would be good. Had to use phone penlight.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. They had free electric charging. They were in a great location.

I was in a room on the ground floor that looked out at the alley. I had to keep the shade down the entire time to have Amy privacy. I suggest that the hotel invest in decorative window film so that ground floor guests can have the option of putting shade up during the day and letting light in the room.

I liked the location and the cleanness. The room was great and I liked the convenient of contact less checkout, helpful response from front desk. My check-in experience was quick and informative. I asked for a pack and play for my babies and I found it my room when we stepped into.

I think the parking was a shame. I had to park to City parking which was free but I was worried whole night of my car. Though our car was safe and untouched. Also the property does not have a breakfast options, It would be great if we have breakfast options onsite.

Excellent location! We were able to walk to everything in Ellensburg. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure to visit the top of the hotel with the propane fire pits and a beautiful view. It was very nice to end the day up there.

The counter space in the bathroom was limited due to the sink being on top. It would have been better if it was just a regular sink. It was just a very minor thing.

Stayin in an off-brand, locally run, small town business that put a lot of TLC into this place. Immaculately clean, high end amenities, wooden floors, "Bigelow"-Beauty products (from my favorite Manhatten based pharmacy :o), top notch sheets etc.. Location: Super-quiet, clean and safe. Lots of stores, banks, art galleries and restaurants, including some excellent fine wine tasting rooms. Added bonus: It is just one block from the "Early Bird", which serves the best breakfast in town. At night it becomes "The Night Owl" and it offers delicious Asian-American fusion, like honey-glazed steak-skewers over jasmine rice and a matcha-pound cake. We opted for the cheesecake egg rolls instead, very yummy!

I couldn't find the designated parking around the hotel. We asked for a "late check-out", which bought us exactly 30mins extra time (11:30, instead of 11:00 ;o). You need your room-key to turn on the hallway light in your room. The bathroom-fan stayed on all night, and there was no off-switch...

Very lovely front desk staff that was friendly. Check in experience was easy and the room was comfortable and clean. I didn't get to spend much time as I was only there for the night, but I would definitely come back!

I wish hotels paid more attention to the color of their lightbulbs. Most of the lightbulbs in the room were bright white instead of a soft, yellow white. Change your lightbulbs and watch your hotel feel and look more luxurious. The color of lightbulbs matters!

Everything. It’s a beautiful hotel with adorable rooms. Ambiance of the whole place is incredible. The room was spacious, clean, and the linens on the bed were magical! They have a gorgeous rooftop that overlooks downtown with chairs and gas firepits. It’s centrally located to downtown and walking distance from a ton of really wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were patient with all of our questions. We came on a Sunday so their restaurants were closed, but they look very cute! It was a perfect rest and reset in between our camping trips on our Washington road trip. It was a steal for a price considering everything we got! We adore this place and will definitely be coming back :)

Very quiet, perfect location on main street. Great for travelers who can't manage lots of steps or walking; the large elevator took us right from a handicapped parking spot to our floor, and also right down to the bar to plop down for a nice glass of wine. Friendly bartender made my mom a non-alcoholic something that was great.

Was kind of pricey for the atmosphere but for the same price we were looking at places with a lot less character and not such an amazing location.... so, whatever! We were happy with our choice.

The property is centrally located to downtown Ellensburg. It’s clean and quiet inside with a super friendly staff. They also have free charging stations with adaptors for the EV crowd.

The parking lot is adjacent to the hotel. This was fine for us but would be challenging for anyone needing assistance for walking and carrying luggage.
