Check in and Check out was simple, the host was lovely and available for any needs. Beautiful facility and furnishings, spacious room and pet friendly - surprisingly quiet considering how close to the interstate it is! The room had an excellent fridge and freezer that actually kept ice cream frozen - and microwave. A nice desk area for working, free wi-fi, coffee maker, hair dryer, all the things you need to hang out for a couple of days on business - or just overnight while passing through. Common kitchen available for use, as well as dining room and common lounge and outdoor patio seating too! Lots of restaurants close by, public parks and hiking trails, grocery stores, etc.

The property had good parking in a safe area. The room was gorgeous and modern. The most comfortable bed I’ve had since staying at the four seasons years ago. Small details throughout such as cool accent lighting made it special and worked magically with the clean minimalist design. There is someone there if you need help you just call her and she is right there.

The exterior door was a bit loud closing but I slept great anyway. I wish there was a map in the lobby of the rooms locations.

It was very clean, it felt like an upscale hotel without the price of one. Staff was friendly. While I didn’t expect a rowdy crowd (baseball team) to be there. I truly can appreciate how they were very accommodating to them .

I didn’t like that we had to download app to login. I’m sure some might like that but, is older folk would like to be greeted by a real person. The person who did come out was very helpful and kind. Honestly that was my only complaint. Everything there was great!

Room and facility were outstanding. Large room, large refrigerator, bed was super comfortable. Very sleek and modern decor.

The whole check-in electronically, I did not like. We did need a real live human. The check-in machine was acting up, so we couldn't check in.We needed a ground floor room, no elevator due to mobility issues. The room had to be changed. No breakfast

The rooms were very clean and everything felt brand new. There was a decked out communal kitchen that had everything you could think of from air fryers to an industrial grade stove. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to stay longer.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated (electric fireplace, wall sized wild horse mural, warm flooring even with the air conditioner turned on, amazing walk-in shower, nicely scented body lotion, good coffee, nice black-out blinds, cute window seat type shelf). The staff were very nice.

The pillows were too soft (only a concern since we both have neck issues). No hand soap for the sink.

When we first saw the establishment, we thought hmmmmmm....but walking into the building and especially the room we looked at each other and went...WOW...this is so well done. We loved it!!!

A box of doughnuts in the lobby for those checking out would help, as there are no breakfast spots close by. There's a thru coffee box, but no place to sit and eat nearby..

Room was clean, many windows, felt safe, and lots of cooking / kitchen amenities for a long stay. I really liked that it was self-serve and felt very comfortable as a solo traveler with my pets. The A/C and TV worked very well and I enjoyed the new furnishings.

Sometimes I didn't know if I could text the manager questions - or if I had to call. I needed assistance with the vending, but didn't know if they were 'on call,' or around 24/7 or whatnot and for what types of needs.

Each room has a different theme related to the PNW, with some being suites with cosy sitting areas. It was very spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly.

The pet fee was quite high and it was unclear if breakfast was included.

We stayed at the suite. The living area was more spacious than I expected. Great location. The common area was very nice too for a quick bite bringing own food.

I’d like an extra bath towel but there’s no towels, only bed sheets, in the storage nor front desk staff to ask for it.
