Very pleasant hotel very close to the railway station and the city centre. Not too noisy given that useful location. Good staff on front desk who gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. Rooms felt recently upgraded and think upstairs carpets in corridors are next on list. Good breakfast. Novara is a smart town with good shops and places to stroll.

Breakfast staff need a bit of training. Could be more present in room and clear tables quicker.

Location, across the square from the station, and 10 minutes stroll into the main retail and attraction area was ideal. Room was large and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Breakfast good enough with a good variety of things. A comedy of errors with door keys and a defective safe tested our Italian which is minimal and their English, not a great deal better. But things were managed with charm, patience, and good humour. I'd judge this as a really good business hotel in a city that does not cater much for tourists. Ideal for a one nighter en route to Turin.

The lighting in the room was very low. Why on earth can't hotels give us better?

The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the location very convenient near the train station. Not much noise that I noticed.

The bathroom didn't have much light my personal preference to be able to do my makeup in the best way possible. Didn't find the iron as described in the facilities of the room.

Proximity to old town centre; just a short walk. Really warm welcome Tom all staff who could not do enough to help you. Fast lift to all floors. Nice big, clean room with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Air on was not working and so room was very hot left the big doors open but this meant it was a bit noisy in the night. Road access to Novara is a nightmare so consider public transport!

The toilet ceiling leaked in the mid night, which was very noisy and caused me to have a bad sleep. I have reported this problem to the front desk when check out and hope they can fix it as soon as possible.

We booked the junior suite with balcony. The room was quite large and the spacious balcony allowed us to enjoy the city views and cool winter air. The heating was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple, but everything was of excellent quality. Their coffees were exquisite. The Novara station is also just a 2 minute walk away, so it’s very convenient for quick visits to cities like Milan 😊

There weren’t many amenities in the room. The staff was accommodating when we asked for dishes and cutlery to enjoy the food we found at a local deli, but cutlery and glasses looked very dirty. The lighting was quite dim and the internet speed was not the best in case you need to suddenly take a video conferencing call.

Breakfast was great (very good continental breakfast buffet with variety of savory and sweet). Easy walking distance to centre. Large, clean modern rooms. We were provided with good quality emegency toothburshes as our luggage had notmade the connecting flight.
