The hotel staff, on the whole were friendly and helpful except for one or two who worked in the restaurant area. Our arrival and check-in was with Alexander and Sven, who were informative and welcoming. The rooms were spacious with all required toiletries. Plenty of sunbeds available all through the day. Drinks prices were very reasonable. Cocktails in the rooftop bar were amazing. Atmosphere up there was excellent

At times, there was a shortage of staff, especially at reception. The El Hola Bar is at reception, so at busy periods in the evening, there was no one to serve drinks if people were being checked in. Breakfast was served between 0730 and 1130, but afew times we arrived for breakfast at approx 10am. No fruit juices were available on a number of occasions, and there was a shortage of clean cutlery. Had a couple of awkward moments with rude and unhelpful members of staff in the restaurant.

Great hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of different choices. Nice location (town has a few different restaurants and you can got for a walk along the coast). Pool is great, set out as lanes in the morning and evening if you want to do a swim. Bike hire available on site. Reasonable prices at the bar. Very helpful staff. Nice relaxing place. You get money to spend at the bar if you decide to not have your room cleaned for a day.

No real issues. DJ played on the rooftop one night, didn't bother us but was a bit noisy through the evening. Initially asked for payment via bank transfer which seemed a bit strange (upon asking they sent a link to make payment via credit card which worked fine and no further issues).

Beautiful rooms, lovely garden area and the roof top area too. All kinds of spa treatments available, classy and professional services. Yoga and Pilates sessions for guests, Tibetan singing bowl sessions in the pool.... etc, Whats not to like there. The food was not quite what I expected. I thought we were getting a half board buffet setting, but the dinner is actually a a la carte service, but it was fresh and good food. Excellent restaurants nearby. Very quiet area so for the party people, this is def not the place for you. Zen and relaxation only.

Great hotel with a fantastic rooftop with a pool. The staff was amazing (special shout out to Bianca from the front staff team, she was great from check-in to check-out and just made our stay better) Great amenities and different experiences at hotel (wine tasting, soap work shop, music and yoga) made the stay a great experience. Breakfast was fantastic and had great selection and service. Love the devotion to recycling and sustainability and great option to get credits to spend at the hotel by not having daily cleaning of the room.

The bathroom and sink was not in the same room, so you had to wash hands every time you touched the “door” and that “door” to the bathroom is not an actual door so no privacy for either shower or using the toilet.

A lovely modern hotel with great facilities. The roof top bar and infinity pool were great for watching sunsets and listening to some tunes . The hotel has a good restaurant serving a range of local and other foods . The hotel is walking distance to a range of restaurants and bars. The hotel is in Callao Salvaje not Costa Adeje as the hotel name would suggest

The property is new, clean, modern, not loud, the rooms are big enough and has an amazing staff. The area is pretty calm which is good because the island can get loud at night because of parties. The breakfast has a lot of options, everything is fresh and tasty. The property might send you a link from which you will have to pay (that’s something i’d like to mention because scams are common on booking.com), but after emailing the hotel, they confirmed the payment through the link, and everything went fine. Amazing price for such hotel in high demand season!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, good facilities and clean. Close to a few restaurants and a beach. Breakfast was good and there was lots of options. The rooftop bar was really nice to watch the sunset from.

We were on the top floor and could hear the music from the rooftop at night.

We recently had a delightful stay at this fantastic hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, caring and professional, starting our stay with Bianca, who warmly welcomed us and explained us everything with detail and gave us great ideas for our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and its strategical location - 5 min walking to the next beach - made exploring the area a breeze. Fabio and the whole team made our experience memorable with a fun and engaging Canarian wine tasting. We also joined other fun activities organised every evening at the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights, offering stunning sunset views and the perfect atmosphere with the most delicious cocktails. We are already looking forward to returning (next time with our dog, as it is not only an ecofriendly but also a dog friendly hotel) and highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a wonderful experience in Callao Salvaje or Tenerife in general.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet area and the building itself is very modern and new, which we really appreciated. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. Breakfast was excellent. Although the selection was similar each day, the quality and taste more than made up for it—we were very satisfied overall. The rooftop area is definitely a highlight of the hotel. We arrived with a rental car and were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no need to reserve or pay for parking—there was always plenty of space on the street next to the hotel, even during the summer season, which was a huge plus. The hotel also offers some great additional amenities. One nice touch is that you get a discount on food and drinks at both the rooftop bar and the restaurant if you're staying at the hotel and using digital wallet—definitely a great added value. At first, I found it a bit unusual that we had to pay for the hotel outside of the Booking.com platform, but later I read that this is actually a common practice in Tenerife, not just for this hotel but for many others as well. So in the end, it was totally fine. In the area, there are also supermarkets and some good restaurants. The nice beach is a few minutes walk from hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only minor downside was that there was no kettle in the room, but honestly, that wasn’t a big issue for us.

The friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff. The roof top bar and pool were a real treat. There were always plenty of beds round about the main pool and the cleanliness of the pool area was excellent.n
