It was all great and worked out well for us to get to the airport early Sunday morning.

The brown carpet and the banister going up to the second floor seemed a little dated. They only gave us 2 towels and we had 3 ppl. They gave me an extra set but the washcloth was gray/dingy/stained so I didn’t use it which was not a big deal. We went to breakfast late the first day and they had run out of most things. We went early the second day and was surprised to see more variety. I guess once it runs out they don’t replenish. I was also surprised to learn that they don’t make up the beds if you don’t stay more than 3 days. I know during COVID a lot of hotels cut back on housekeeping services but I do expect my beds to be made up at a minimum. I can reuse my towels if they need me to but I don’t want to have to make up my own bed like I do at home every day.

Staff member on front desk was very helpful on the night we arrived, and we were very tired after a 30 hour transit from the other side of the world. We had a disability room booked as my husband is having some mobility issues. The room was right next to the lift and very easy access for us and our bags. Appreciated that greatly! The breakfast provided was adequate and the dining room was very clean and tidy.

The room had an older-style heating/cooling unit on the floor, which doubled as a fan for the room and the window was sealed shut. A ceiling fan and air conditioner would have been good. The breakfast was adequate but the food was probably below average. There was no orange juice, toast or dry cereal available.

The breakfast was the cleanest I have seen and the attendant was right there ready to help with everything. The value is what brought us there and were were pleasantly surprised it was only a short drive from where we were going, Greenfield villiage and The Henry Ford Museum. Very happy with our stay.

Just nit picking here but the parking lot was small and the entrance was kinda dificult as it is right our of an exit lane and offers no left hand turn.

The location to the Henry Ford was great. Close to a Walmart. Parking was great. Very clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Laundry was convenient.

Only 1 bar of soap for both basin and shower. No floor mat, Asked for room to be serviced after day 2 but they offered clean towels, and asked what else we needed instead. Bit of noise through door but didn’t bother us too much. Not much choice for breakfast but was adequate.

My stay was great! My King Ste. had the perfect amount of space, the microwave and mini fridge definitely made my stay more pleasant and convenient. The location is great for accessing the freeway, grocery store and tons on restaurants nearby.

Although my room was nice and the facilities are clean, my room had a smell. Not a mildew or musty smell, but a funky smell/odor. No matter how much air freshener I sprayed, that smell stayed. Perhaps it's the draperies, carpet or fabrics, but it wasn't good at all. Not bad enough to make me want to change rooms, just noticeable that's all.

I enjoyed the facilities a great deal. The breakfast area, and staff were very friendly, and nice. I would on average rate the comfort inn suites as one of the cleanest properties I've visited. This chain knows what people deserve. A Friendly respectful place to stay

I think that a maid service should be provided at least every other day. But this chain is has outdone themselves!! Thank you kindly

Entire staff; accommodating, helpful, engaging. It was MY last week of work before retirement. Upgraded me to a specious suite. Will be my go to hotel when flying out of DTW. I urge others to do the same.

Nice staff. Food was good. Bed was comfy.

The room I got kinda didn't look any way similar to the photo I saw. I saw a outside of the bathroom sink. But this one was sink in bathroom. Other than me being a little upset I didn't get the room shown it wasn't bad. But wasn't 10/10. But sense it is a nice room. Ac was hard to work. Blinds didn't close fully. 8/10. Note: I'll use you guys sense I'm 1 for 2 on good experiences. But I'll have to go a little more pricy sense I thought I was getting a slightly different room.

Breakfast was ok. Basic but well maintained and presentable. Super friendly staff all around. Parking is better suited for smaller vehicles. location allows travel to many destinations in the area.

The bed and pillows were comfy. Huge bath towels and soaker tub. The breakfast was pretty good with the choice of cereal, eggs, or waffles. The staff was great.

The A\C could've been cooler since we're used to central air, but it worked fine. It just took a bit to cool.
