This is a good hotel with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Natasha for her outstanding service—she was incredibly friendly, respectful, and made my stay feel extra special. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

I enjoy the atmosphere, and I appreciate the staff being helpful, and hospitable. In times when things are just falling apart, it is helpful to have a company that makes you feel at home and respect your space. I highly recommend this location if you ever travel to Michigan, A-1 in my book!!! Good location adjacent to my conference. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was efficient.

Room definitely needs some revisions as the decor has gotten a bit worn.

I am still waiting for the refund for the second night as I checked out early that you were supposed to authorize. Your agent, Ahmed, was supposed to send an email to the hotel last Friday morning! No refund yet?

Staff was great - very, very helpful with the check-in process. We were pleased with location, and the room.

There were only three pillows on the bed - which was weird. And, the pillows were all very large - not trying to complain - because the room was fine - but the three pillows were to stuffed.

Great location for my training classes. Breakfast was ok.

The wifi and internet connection are excellent.
