It was my first time visiting ischia and I am very glad I chose this place. Which is in a very nice location, walking distance (10mins)from the Ischia Porto. Rooms were very clean and tidy, and the cleaning persons did a very good job. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning before I head out to explore the island. The staff were very helpful always when i ask for help and tips about the Island and places to visit. I am very satisfied of the service of Hotel Cleopatra. A simple family hotel with excellent service! The pool didn't seem very inviting at first, but later we really regretted not using it earlier. It was amazing with its natural hot water. The hotel is very simple and classic, very clean. Quiet area, walking distance to the beach and shopping street. 10 points for staff and owner :)

We really enjoyed our stay, but if you could make the breakfast buffet more varied, that would be great. The rooms are not very well soundproofed.

They serve a 4 course dinner for 25 EURO, which is good. The food was lovely. There is a huge swimming pool that is about 32 degrees Celsius and lovely even in spring and autumn. The coffee and croissants are good. They also serve motadella and cheese, cake and fruit etc for breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet street about 500 meter from a bus stop. A taxi in Ischia from port to hotel cost Eurp 15. The ferry from Naples around Euro 23 with luggage . They have magazines and books you can read on holiday

The cushions were old and hard. The bathroom was very tiny.

The staff is really helpful and available. Especially the owner who is always available. The place is in a quiet place, off the main streets.

The hotel is a bit away from restaurants and attractions and feels a bit outdated. The place is a bit noisy, walls and doors are thin!

Very pleasant hotel to stay at if you want to relax for a few days in Ischia. Room was good, a little bit dated but the shower was powerful and the air con worked. Beautiful mineral water pool in the hotel grounds that was never too busy. Breakfast included which was more than adequate if a little bit monotonous as the week wore on. Staff were friendly, approachable and very inobtrusive. 10 minutes walk to either the port area or the old castle area. Supermarket about 5-7 minutes away. We didn't need a car or a scooter and instead relied on the excellent bus service on the island.

Bed was a little bit hard (2 singles pushed together), only one thin pillow provided (although my wife got an extra one quite easily). Thin walls meant there was some noise from the corridor as other guests were moving and talking.

A small hotell, with a mix of older and younger couples, as well as some families. Although close to the port, it’s very quiet, slightly away from busier roads, surrounded by trees. The pool is lovely, filled with naturally heated thermal spring water, and there is always available seats around the pool. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffèt small, but good. Interiour might be outdated, but clean and neat. We were there with two kids, who stayed in the pool for hours, and slept really well in the beds. If we were to go back to Ischia, we would book here again!

If we would like any improvement, maybe some more variety at the breakfast buffèt, but really we were quite happy.

The staff were lovely. The room was a good size and very clean. Pool was nice but doesn't look very inviting. Breakfast was ok.

It was just a bit too far out. Taxis are expensive so anyone with mobility issues would struggle . Also no lift. We were late in the season so everything starts to look a little run down.

The hotel is charming as it has a traditional feel, nice features in the hotel and traditional decor. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony had space to sit out and relax and had a nice view of the surrounding hills. Breakfast was simple but efficient. The staff are all great and more than willing to help with whatever you need.

The rooms are not very well sound proofed, the other guests doors are very loud when closed and locked. Even with ear plugs, we noticed the noise in the mornings and people speaking in the corridors. This hotel is dated, but it's good value for money.

Miguele was the nonno I didn’t know I needed! Super friendly, lovely staff in a lovely peaceful location. Very simple and classic. Perfect for a relaxing stay amongst what became family.
