The property had a lovely layout and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Each room has a nice and relaxing outdoor area. There’s free tea and coffee in the morning. There is a nice pool, though we didn’t actually use it. Honourable mention to Brownie the horse! The staff were so friendly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

There is a restaurant area, though it doesn’t serve food or fresh drinks. Overall we thought this property had a lot of potential to use the outdoor space for entertainment and hospitality.

Really nice rooms, comfortable beds, good aircon, nice little outdoor seating area. Is in a great location as is only about 5 min walk from the main street but is very quiet and you can't hear anything in the rooms!

The property had a good location just a short walk from the town, so it was away from the noise and was very peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast of eggs, bread, sausages, ham, watermelon, orange juice and tea / coffee! The pool area was lovely and there was a cute horse just roaming about all day. Staff were helpful and offered to take our bags to the pier on the day we checked out. Overall would definitely recommend!

There was very little hot water, had only cold showers. There was not much lighting in the room, apart from a spotlight on to the bed.

Great location, quiet and comfortable, comfy bed. Hotel has a horse which is a nice bonus

- Does what says on tin - not luxurious but not too basic either. - Location is not crazy distance from centre. Yes is a slight bit of walk (not smack bang in centre) but walkable. - Staff accommodated to all needs (I.e. needing to stay an extra night and accommodating to last minute change in plans).

- not necessarily near beach / sea front. - the road (although a 5 min walk and lit quite well) to the hotel is quite quiet at night time. - on the basic side (nothing necessarily “wrong” with property, just nothing special).

Well,the place is spectacular, you do have to walk yourself there from the pier ( about 10 min walk ) Or you do have the option to pay someone to carry your luggages for 3-400 bath and still walk but with a drink in your hand instead of bags. A part from that... staff is great, room that we got was a superior one poolview and had everything we needed. Cocktails by the pool at sunset it's a must after a day at the beach.

Not 100% sure how hot water worked or if did actually work but... tbh no need 4 that the temperature was just great 👌

The location was good, nicely tucked out the way from the main streets. Pretty scenery around the hotel and pool area, there’s a horse roaming around and we saw a few monitor lizards as well. The room was nice, had to change rooms as the aircon wasn’t working in the first room.

Not about the hotel - just don’t be like us and fall for the guys at the pier saying ‘taxi, taxi’ as there are no vehicles on Phi Phi 😅 unless you’d rather them walk your luggage for 15 minutes.

Pool area was great, good location, rooms comfy! Considering the very low rating, we were pleasantly surprised! We got upgraded as they had some air conditioning issues in the rooms we booked and the rooms we were given were good. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade but the room was fine for a couple of days. Staff helped us with our luggage on leaving.

Everything just needs a bit of tlc, bathroom needs a bit of work and a bit of a clean.

This place is everything you need in Phi Phi; space (in the rooms and the big garden outside), a pool, clean rooms (cleaning every day), a hot shower, good working a/c, in the middle of the island so both ends on walking distance, away from the party noise but close enough to walk there within 5 minutes, friendly staff, a nice view and for a good price. We booked one night and ended up staying six. And of course there's the lovely horse, Tan, who will be your best friend if you feed him some mangoes.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly what we needed it to be! I was a little nervous after reading some of the recent reviews but for an island hotel, on the quieter side of the island, we thought it was perfect! Great size room, very clear and good value for money! I would absolutely stay again!
