Clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel restaurant served good food. Loved the fact they had a laundry room. Corner store next door was very nice as well. The girls liked the amount of pillows to play with.

Although they listed the pool as open year round, it was closed. The hotel was worn down and needs some renovation. Elevators were small. Our room didn’t have 4 towels…only 2. Finally, their business center was out in the open lobby and that meant I could not use it.

the location was great, the room size after we had to change the room was amazing. It was a one bedroom suit. with a large bedroom, living area, dinning area, and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was amazing as well minus the fact they do not serve turkey products. Everything was pork so we had to skip on the meat, but otherwise everything was very good.

the single king bedroom was like a single bedroom that was put in a small closed in closet. when you walk in the room you walk straight into the bed. There were no dressers or space to put your luggage and clothes. If I was staying overnight alone with no clothes and luggae and another person it would have been ok. The window shades were electric but did not work. so we actually had no access to see the outside. They are the only complaints that I have. Otherwise the overall experice was a great one.

The room and bed were large. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great!

The heater was broken and it was December so very cold. Told the front desk and they sent somebody up but it was never fixed. The fan worked so it was blowing air but the heat wasn't working. Maybe they thought that because it was blowing air that it was fixed.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were ready to help without delays for any issues.

The air didn’t seem too cold, however we brought a extra fan which worked perfectly! The halls and entries to the rooms do not compare to the beautiful insides of the rooms. I was nervous coming up the hallways but that changed when I entered our room.

We loved the location, the atmosphere was great as well. The room was comfortable and great for our family needs. I would recommend staying there to family and friends.

I didn’t like that the bar closed at 10 and there was a 12.00 charge for breakfast. The breakfast should be cheaper especially for families with children.

The location was perfect for where we needed to go. The lobby was very modern and clean. The room was nice and the bathroom was updated and very pretty! The noise level was extremely low.

The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the room. The bathroom was updated, the walls in the room looked freshly painted, the decor was minimal yet modern but the carpet was old and dirty looking.

The staff was amazing, and the location was nice and safe, and the rooms were clean .

The carpets need to go make the floors just like the bathroom cleaning made easy and better for guest no smell of yuck... Hallways and elevators need attention .

I like the room, breakfast and location.

The elevators are not large enough to large enough to fit the luggage cart and hotel guests. It’s an extremely tight fit with a luggage cart and 1 hotel guest. Hotel owners should find a way to renovate and enlarge the elevators.

Recommended, perfect location, good service, very friendly staff, clean rooms, I loved that they have full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion, I also loved the breakfast, it is not buffet style, it is a menu and the omelet is delicious, thank you
