If you’re going to visit Sirmione you have to stay here. It’s a five minute walk from the castle and parking is free. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The room itself is modern and extremely clean with the comfiest bed so far on our trip around Italy. The free ice cream vouchers, free Prosecco, complimentary mini bar and snacks were very much appreciated. The breakfast is outstanding. Natalia and Viktoria were more than happy to recommend restaurants and places to visit and helped to make reservations for us. We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel.

I am speechless about how friendly the staff is! it's really rare to see such friendly staff. Special praise goes to the gentleman who greets the cars, and even more special to the waiter at the hotel bar. That waiter deserves a raise and everything he wants, because you must know that he is the only one so kind in the entire catering chain of Italy. take care of it :)

Fantastic hotel, with a warm welcome from all the staff. Welcome drinks on arrival, complementary mini bar and a voucher for free delicious ice creams. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, large TV, all the lights, Air con and Curtains all easy to control with the wall mounted control pad. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and a great location close to the center of the spectacular Old town (without the need to drive in it).

Very professional and client-oriented staff! Many little things have been thought out that make the stay enjoyable (a nice compliment upon arrival, 24-hour access to a small buffet with fruits, snacks and drinks at the reception, the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace). I would also like to separately highlight Alexander, who was always ready to help with luggage, with parking the car and give tea/coffee. Perfect cleanliness, beautiful terraces, nice pool and sunbathing areas.

where to begin? Arrival drinks to begin! Nothing says welcome like that, right?!!! Exceptional in all areas imaginable. Every expectation exceeded. Every detail of Boutique Hotel Sirmione was met with absolute perfection. From car parking concierge to electric touch button window blind control. I honestly struggle to pinpoint a certain element of what I liked about the property. From start to finish was 1000 stars and more. I will however tell you what made all the difference, the warm welcome. Every person that played their role in making Boutique Hotel Sirmione the perfection that it is, went above and beyond. As an Englishman living in Italy, take it from me, this is hard to find. Politeness and willingness to be of assistance elevated a perfect stay to that level beyond anything he experienced before. In fact, if you do not enjoy your stay, I will personally refund you myself. Ps. I can only vouch for the best room available!! So spend a little extra and treat yourself to the finer elements of life. Direct pool access. A beautiful garden area perfectly separated from the next guests. Just enough foliage to know somewhere is there but nothing lessor the be nosey! Fridge filled that you have complete access too ! Inclusive in the price. And no not just one drink. The fridge is full. 4/ bottles of water ! Prosecco ! Snacks ! Ice tea. I’ve said enough. Book your stay. A special mention to Mara, the lovely receptionist. Your energy and joyful smile is infections! Giorgio, the owner, Welcoming in every way. And the gentlemen, forgive me. Your name I have forgotten but continued to ask to help with my bags ! Don’t be so ridiculous.

An incredible hotel in Sirmione. New, clean, great location. Staff is very responsive on booking.com and very friendly, always ready to help with your luggage, requests. I asked them one day in advance for a vase and I had it in my room at the arrival. They have parking onsite, underground and in the street which is very convenient. Believe me, it can be a trouble with parking in Sirmione, but not when you stay with Boutique hotel Sirmione. 5 minutes walk and you are in the historic part of the city. Superior double room has its own huge terrace. The hotel is new, stylish and clean. I absolutely recommend it!

Giorgio and his team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is fitted out to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. The location is very good also, being close to the old town. But best of all is the breakfast, a wide choice of delicious options with something new every day, served by friendly and attentive staff.

Our hotel room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a fridge (everything for free including snacks and prosecco). There was also a kiosk next to the reception area where you could help yourselves to free food and drinks, huge selection. We've never seen that before! Everything was operated by push buttons, very modern. We had a beautiful private garden (just for us) with recliners, dinning furniture, armchairs. Very peaceful, quiet and close to the old town (5 minute walk). The staff were incredibly friendly, Viktoria, Claudia and Alex to name a few. The breakfast had everything you could wish for, fresh orange, full English and pastries, sweet and savoury. There was underground parking (valet service) and the entrance had a barrier for security. Viktoria who is the manager gave us lots of tips about where to go and what to do in the town and all around Lake Garda. We stayed 5 nights and did all the things Viktoria recommended.

This little boutique hotel knows how to give 5 star service! The personal touch they give makes all the difference. We were greeted by the lovely, elegant Viktoria who immediately explained the parking situation (they have allocated spaces in a secure garage below) and then she assisted with our luggage. This is when our holiday truly began - we were treated to Prosecco and snacks in a little bar area. Viktoria made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us. She explained about boat trips and restaurants (we loved Il Girasole - go there). Breakfast could be served on our terrace if we wanted or we could go to their little restaurant which is what we did. The breakfast was delicious served by a lovely lady who was so attentive. The service by all the staff was great - so friendly. I'm nearly forgetting to mention how gorgeous the room is - spacious and impeccable. Such a huge TV screen. The bed was so comfortable - the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. There is a free mini bar, kettle and snacks supplied in the room.The absolute bonus was water in your room and.bottles of water in the foyer to help ourselves. We have been on a road trip around Europe and we never get water in our room (have places stopped doing this?) so this was a treat (not to mention the bottle of Prosecco in the mini bar). The swimming pool, while it is small, is perfect to take a little cooling dip. I highly recommend Boutique Sirmione as you will have an experience that you won't forget. Breakfast was excellent. Claudia and her husband Alex made sure we were satisfied, and the presentation of breakfast items were wonderful. The fresh orange juice machine was a big hit for my wife. Natalia was very informative and assisted us for things to see and also set up taxi transportation to Parma for us. The location was just outside the old city and very convenient. They also had someone do our laundry for us for a reasonable fee. The free Gelato was appreciated as well as a stocked fridge with Prosecco and snacks at no additional charge. Georgio made sure we took advantage of our perks.
