Loooved the view and the staff.

Had a minor AC problem at first but staff quickly changed our room and then everything was great. I didn’t care for losing all power and air when leaving the room though. A baseline temperature kept while out of the room would have been nice so that it didn’t take 45 minutes to cool off the room after returning home. Other than that I don’t have complaints. Lots of steps was worth it for the view to me! But I can see how older and less mobile travelers wouldn’t be a great fit for this location.

The photos don’t match as there is no pool. When put into google maps it sent us to the wrong local and into peoples back gardens

It has a nice pool area overlooking the sea and mountains, very helpful staff. The rooms are quite big and comfortable

It's a very steep climb to the room from the reception, the hotel is quite spread out. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with walking difficulties or with excessive baggage. The bathroom window cannot be closed , so when showering after dark with the light on, it fills with many flying insects, which inevitably find their way into the bedroom area. We had a lot of noise from the neighbouring room during the night, but if you have considerate neighbours that's obviously not an issue.

Nice room but you do have a number of steps to get to it. If you have mobility issues it would be a struggle. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable with a balcony and view over the sea and bays. The pool was nice, again a view over the sea. Breakfast had a good choice and was tasty. Reception was good at booking us in for additional nights when requested.

We had to pay a cash deposit (500 baht) for the key on arrival which was unexpected. And we forgot to ask for it back on returning the key and had left the island before remembering about it.

The room was spotless and modern. Had an amazing view. Was a good location as away from all the noise but still a good walking distance to the main area

The stairs are quite intense, however, in defence of the hotel after reading many negative reviews. It is called “top view” so to me seemed obvious it would be up a hill. It does also state that in description. It’s not ideal especially in the heat with heavy luggage, but genuinely is worth it for a stunning view.

Amazing balcony view and pool view! Just a short walk from all the main areas, so not loud at night time at all as it’s just away from it all, really easy to find! Loved our stay here!!!

Although we had no issue walking up and down the stairs, just be prepared if you struggle with stairs that to get to the pool/rooms it’s up about 100ish steps! Other than that we would definitely recommend this hotel for phi phi :D

The view was onto another apartment, the room was big enough and the pool was nice with a great view on the bay. However don't expect it to be empty, it was full all the time. Staff was nice and the laundry service wasn't expensive.

A few more beds at the pool could be a good idea, as a european I regretted eating the cut fruits at the breakfast buffet - had to rush to the toilet after haha.

Great comfortable room, stunning pool and views were out of this world (despite the evil climb to the top of the stairs which aren't for the faint heated). Lady on reception was absolutely lovely. The local cats visiting our room were an added bonus.

We paid £110 for a fairly basic room. It was comfortable but a little expensive compared to other hotels we used during our stay.

Lovely view, was very clean pool is central , was very quiet

To get to our room there was over 70 stairs, wouldn’t recommend to elderly or anyone that has bad legs. We missed our first night as there were no boats running after 4pm we message to let the lady know we wouldn’t be able to make its and she was very blunt

Hard to find with google maps, better ask them before coming to mark location and ask them to show you how the door lock works if youre new in thailand. Big minus for reserving help with luggage for check out - confirmed in person, wrote done on note - no one showed up! Fortunetly we didnt stay at the top (lots of stairs), cool swimming pool, cleaning everyday if youd like, fresh towels every day withouth asking (love it), fresh water everyday and nice views. We really enjoyed Phi Phi :)
