My stay at this beautiful boutique hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff is both professional and warm-hearted, with special thanks to Thomas and George for their always helpful smiles. The bar staff was welcoming, and housekeeping took meticulous care of my room. The pool area provides a peaceful retreat, and the hotel’s prime location by the beach includes a section with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and bar service. You can enjoy the clear sea and tranquil pebble beach. The room and suite were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The promenade nearby offers many shops, bars, restaurants, and car rental services, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

Improved space and equipment in the hotel fitness area would make it more enticing to visit. Everything else was perfect – the only downside was that my stay was too short, which I hope to extend on my next visit.

We had a wonderful week at Bellonias Villas. From the moment we were welcomed by George on reception to the moment we said goodbye, we were looked after exceptionally well. The hotel is gorgeous, in a fabulous location right on the beach and with the best food of any of the restaurants we tried in the area. We ate breakfast every morning overlooking the sea and were thoroughly spoilt by the wonderful young waitress (we should have asked her name) - she remembered what our preferences were and brought us our favourite drinks each day, and then knew when it was our last day and told us she was sorry we were leaving. The pool was lovely, really beautiful and peaceful (most of the time) and the location on the beach was fabulous. The reception staff booked us various trips and did an excellent job, making sure everything went smoothly. The food at lunch and dinner was amazing and we each treated ourselves with our favourite dish for our final lunch. Thank you to the staff at Bellonias Villas for giving us such a memorable holiday.

It would have been nice to have more shade around the pool - there was a bit of a battle for shady beds and the inevitable towel-draping from some guests meant we couldn't get a shady lounger most days. It would have been nice to have more comfortable furniture on our balcony. And while the service from almost everyone at the hotel was excellent, Danny the beach attendant didn't seem interested in helping people move loungers or get a drink. Also please do something about the women trying to sell massages on the beach! They were a real nuisance.

It was without doubt one of the BEST holidays we have ever had. George and Thomas were remarkable hosts, particularly because they cared with all the advice they gave us which was wonderful, in planning trips, telling us what time to take them and, along with the rest of their colleagues, making you feel at home. It is the perfect setting for the island. It has everything you can wish for and the only disappointment? We had to leave....We could not recommend it higher enough.

Bellonia Villas is a beautifully maintained property with a clear focus on guest comfort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. The location is hard to beat — right on Kamari Beach, which makes morning walks and sunset views an absolute delight. The food was consistently delicious, making every meal feel like a treat without having to venture far.

There was no room service available, which meant less flexibility for enjoying meals in the room. Additionally, paddleboards that were advertised as part of the experience were nowhere to be found, which was a letdown for someone looking forward to some time on the water.

Did not have breakfast included, but the breakfast we bought was just great, taste and presentation on the plate. The staff was just magnificent. Friendly, helpful and always a smile included. The staff really wanted us to feel at home. Thanks to Thomas, George and George, Ada, Nasos, Gregory and Lazarus. Also thanks to the cleaning staff who kept room and area spotless. This was just a great experience all over :)

The property is at an excellent location. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and the pool area, restaurant and private beach are all very well maintained. But what makes this hotel special is the staff’s commitment to excellent customer service. Difficult to think of any other hotel that would have as good a service as Bellonias Villas. Also the hotel restaurant is probably one of the best ones on the beach bulevard, clearly a lot of effort put into preparing the dishes (both breakfast and lunch/dinner).

Difficult to mention anything, except maybe the only ”non-renovated” area of the hotel is the gym and its shower rooms, which I guess are mostly used by guests arriving on an early flight or leaving on a late one. They are not up to the great standards of all the other areas.

Fantastic setting and pool area. Wherever you sit you have a great backdrop of the ocean or mountains. Staff- George and Thomas were super helpful with excellent local recommendations- thank you! All staff behind the bar and beach staff were really kind and helpful. Great to have the option of sitting by the pool or beach on the hotel sunloungers.

This place is magic in every aspect - design, localization, facilities, food quality and one of a kind service on every level. From regular employees up to top management - we've been in many places but never hosted like this.

Location was perfect, right in front of the beach in the heart of Kamari. Rooms are nice and clean.Breakfast is super delicious. The pool area was our favorite. Big shout out to every single member of the staff, they are genuinely kind.

We had such a fabulous stay here. The prettiest hotel on the Karmari beach front, with the actually the best food as it turned out. The staff were all unfaultingly lovely and genuinely warm people. It is right on the beach with a lovely pool. The room was spacious and clean, this hotel is generally quite social, the staff and guests all talked to eachother. It made for a good holiday vibe. Go to Santorini!
