Fantastic location near the Old Town, with many restaurants in the area; we had a spacious room that was quiet, despite being located on a busy street; they have a good breakfast selection - the waffles are highly recommended! Staff are super friendly and attentive - shoutout to Bilal for going the extra mile! Valet parking worked well.

The room size and set up, hotel location, cleanliness, breakfast, and friendliness of staff were all excellent. It’s always the small things that help to show how much thought has gone into the service offered, and there was much of this on show, from the breakfast having real butter at room temperature instead of packets of cold pre-packaged butter (so aggravating to see that in high-end hotels, as though no-one thought to consider anything but the cost), through to umbrellas in the rooms in case needed, and even an immediate response on a question concerning the need to make an international call (in the end not needed), but the immediate response was ‘no charge as we are the best hotel in Prague and offer our guests the best service’. There are always words, and then there are actions to show the reality. The Grand Mark Hotel, staff of all areas (front of house, cleaning crews, phone back office etc.) all showed the actions to back up the words. That also shows leadership, because it all gets driven by leaders supporting their staff. Well done. Very good, welcoming, and a highly recommended hotel in a beautiful city.

The dinner service was strong, and food excellent, but the choice seemed slightly limited if we’re being picky. But honestly, I’m only answering this question with this point as it was asked - if pushed I’d say nothing to dislike.

This was an amazing hotel and it was highlighted by the exceptional service. There is one outstanding individual that went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was world class. Bilel was the key to our memorable stay as he made sure that we were well taken care of every step of the way. He would go out of his way to greet all the guests and create a connection and bond and make sure they are enjoying every moment of their stay. Coming from a background in Hospitality it was wonderful to cross paths with Bilel as he is in a class of his own. Thank you Bilel - we will be back to Prague and stay at your hotel thanks to your service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mark Hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely nice and attentive, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to Belal, the doorman, who was exceptionally pleasant and went out of his way to assist us in any way he could — his warm attitude truly made a difference. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant was also excellent — both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety and high quality of food. Overall, our experience at the Grand Mark Hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

A child- and family-friendly hotel. They did everything to make sure our child was happy. The hotel is very quiet, and the garden is stunning. It’s within walking distance of the Old Town. For those who want to travel farther, the tram station is just 2 minutes away. I especially loved the breakfast—fresh and delicious fruits stood out. One evening, we tried the Michelin menu at the restaurant. It was absolutely amazing. Even during the day, every time we left and came back to the room, it was cleaned and tidied up again. This might be the cleanest and best-smelling hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Many thanks to all the staff.

We stayed at The Grand Mark Prague as a family, booking three rooms – and every single one of us was absolutely thrilled with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. You can genuinely feel that each member of the staff is committed to making your stay perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism truly made us feel special. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable – everything we needed was there. Spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfasts were outstanding – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. A real highlight of the day. And the hotel’s private garden with peacocks? Simply magical. A peaceful oasis right in the heart of Prague. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet moment surrounded by nature. We can’t recommend this hotel enough – everything was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel was beautiful with a huge gorgeous garden area inhabited by a male and female peacock to keep you entertained. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. Very quiet inside for a city hotel. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained. Great restaurants and sights nearby. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was extraordinarily presented and the service great. The spa had a large indoor whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms all were fantastic. The massage I had was perfect and the entire spa staff were great. The concierge was terrific. This hotel will be a 'do it again' property.

I dare you to find something about this hotel you do not like.

Location was excellent for what we wanted, much of the interest is walking distance and hotel happy to arrange taxi to further out options. Great Breakfasts and high quality food at all times served with care and attention. We loved the quiet sound proofed room. Air Con was very efficient despite being 30degrees outside. Bed was exceptional. The Deluxe Suite was a great size and well stocked. Staff very friendly.

What could be better are the following:- At night there is no indoor bar seating, this leaves you susceptible to smokers and pollen when in the garden if the wind is in the wrong direction. In our room water pressure in the shower and sink was fine, but the bath took one hour to fill. On some days the smell of drains was in the shower until it got fully going. TV channels were a bit limited and lacking for Sport Coverage

Cleanness, peacock in the garden. People most of all. Staff was very nice and friendly. They would go out of their way to help us. Aidai, Olga, Thomas and Bibel made our stay exceptional. Loved the chocolates and plenty of water bottles. Most delicious breakfast. When we came in our room there were rose peddles and complimentary bottle of wine, Aidai at the check in found out it was my birthday and she went above and beyond to make it extra special.

There was one time the Mirror in the bathroom was wiped with something dirty and it was smeared all over after room service.

Everything about the Grand Mark Prague was exceptional. From the moment you enter from the side walk, till the moment you leave, the staff make you feel special and spoiled. We were celebrating a special anniversary and were treated with an upgrade, some extra touches to our room, including chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine. The staff were all amazing, willing to do anything to make your stay memorable. The room was gorgeous and impeccably clean, with every amenity catered for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and eggs and coffee freshly made to order. The pianist in the foyer was wonderful to listen to and provided a very relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect for walking to all the sights. I highly recommend staying at The Grand Mark. It was a perfect choice for a special occasion.
