The room was fantastic - clean and spotless. The amenities were great and we had lots of room to spread out. We were there for a swimming competition so the location was ideal. Staff were great at accommodating a later checkout based on swimming schedule.

Would have loved to have breakfast included and not to have to pay for parking (hotel was already on the more expensive side so including parking would have been really appreciated).

Great location, very clean modern nicely appointed, the rooms were recently renovated smelled nice had very clean luxurious bathrooms are very comfortable bed.

I think charging guests to park when there are really, no other viable options available is in poor taste, and felt like gouging.

It’s close to city center and Waterloo Park as well, we can choose either go to Park for leisure or go to city center for meals.

There are only few choices of public transport. If we want go further, we need to call Uber.

Excellent location close to walk to a really nice downtown area. We’ve been to this hotel many times over the years, consistently reliable quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff is always really pleasant.

Restaurant service and food could be a bit better. Breakfast buffet.. not appealing or worth money. Yogurt berry parfait had exactly 3 berries... hardly worth advertising...

Nice and clean property. Big room. Close to Waterloo Public Square. 15-20 minutes walk to University of Waterloo campus. Staff is nice.

Only body lotion was available in bathroom. No other amenities like cotton bud, toothpaste/brush etc. Buffet breakfast is useless. Don't take it.

The staff were wonderful! You could tell they actually were invested in your stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic!

I liked how quiet and spacious the rooms were; we had great room service and staff were all friendly and helpful. The property was very clean.

Just a little thing - a shower cap would have been helpful in the room.

Cozy room, comfy bed. Well appointed, and met expectations. We have been wanting to stay at the Delta for awhile, had an opportunity to do so and took it.

Lighting in the bathroom not quite bright enough for morning makeup routine! :-)
