I think we went around the time where the internet was down in the city. But Wi-Fi could have been better as we had alternate places where Wi-Fi was working fine.

Dear Aura-Team! Thank you for a wonderfull stay at your hotel! We felt very welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and nice! The view from the rooftop restaurant ist excellent. We even got an upgrade free of charge! The packed breakfast when we left very early in the morning was very tasty and included the best chocolate cookies I had so far in India! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom, Fresh and crispy linens and towels. Delicious food. Easy access. Elegant lobby. Friendly staff. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended for a a few days stay.

Restaurant has very limited options; No non-veg items available. Please verify all your food bills and the final bill thoroughly before making payment. They have (inadvertently, I believe) charged us for an extra day's breakfast that we had not availed. When I brought this to their notice, they immediately rectified it with an apology

It’s one of the modern hotel with high standard facilities and service, Swift check-in and check out process. Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were welcoming in taking food orders. Ajit at the reception was excellent in organising all requests immediately. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality stay in Udaipur.

Having spent a lot of time in several mid-range hotels in India, this must rank as one of the best. Super new and modern. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, strong air con, reliable WiFi, large room, fridge and regularly topped up tea and coffee etc. Great location, peaceful and close to both lakes. Wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff. Excellent value. Looking for an affordable but quality hotel in Udaipur? Then this is your place

Nothing, all good

Breakfast was good and had the essential that typically I have for breakfast. More items would help, but depends if people do require it, otherwise it will go waste, so I understand the need for keeping limited items.

My stay was short, like most Indian cities, this place is also in the center of Udaipur, so it is understandable that there is construction or limited space properties, but that did not impact my comfort stay.
