Spacious clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower, helpful staff who provided us with kettle and sachets to make hot drinks when we asked. There was a nice ambiance although the property could do with some maintenance in places, and linen a bit shabby - but better for carbon footprint not to have replaced perfectly serviceable items just because they don’t look brand new, and also good to provide filtered rather than bottled water.

Pool quite chilly but ok for length swimming

4th visit to Udaipur, 3rd time staying here. You can tell I like it. Now with pool it's even better than before. Good location, excellent price.

Oh, well if I have to be really picky, the beautifully green surrounding gardens and vegetation were leaving a leaf here and there in the pool. Not expecting staff to clear it constantly, but maybe an obvious net on a stick could be made handy so we can do it ourselves. No, really, everything was perfect.

Location & Heritage look of the property was amazing, near to the City Palace walking distance max 500 meters when we visit to city palace. In route we visited Mata Mahalaxmi temple, Lord Jagdish temple. And if you are going to Udaipur don't miss the Rajasthan cultural folk show at Bagore ki haveli near Lake Pichola. We enjoyed dinner at their rooftop restaurant and from there city palace view was amazing looking like golden temple.

We stayed in the Junior Heritage Suite. The room size and decor were very pleasing. There was a nice, separate sleeping area for my son. The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing. All major tourist spots were within walking distance. The local market near the hotel was very convenient for shopping. The service level was very good, they made an effort to meet our special requests for food.

The lighting in the room was slightly dim. There is no lift on the premises, though most of the rooms are on the first floor.

The room was beautiful and really comfortable. They made the children a bed in the window which was really nice and comfy as well.

The rooftop restaurant wasn't open when we stayed which was a shame as it was a lovely spot and felt like a missed opportunity.

We only stayed here for two nights, The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The buffet had a wide selection of dishes. One of the hotel staff and the manager guided us to nearby wonderful places in Udaipur. The location is so good that famous places are within 1km of the hotel. The Wi-Fi at this hotel was high-speed and was also available in my room with proper range. The ambiance at the hotel was lovely and very beautiful, especially by the poolside and the night lighting. Overall, I was extremely impressed. I recommend this hotel under the 3-star category.

Nearby area is a little congested because the location is in old city. Room amenities are just ok as compared to the room price.

Really liked the stay.. very near to all the major attractions. All the staffs were friendly and disciplined. Pool side area and outdoor dining side is amazing . Room AC needs maintenance.. Also the room cleanliness needs improvement.

Room too small compared to the price.. Split Ac needs to be changed.. too old and making noises.. bed sheet covers need to be cleaned properly.

The location was good and near the city palace, Jagdish temple and the lake pichola. The staff was very supportive and the food was excellent. The swimming pool was crystal clear and our kids enjoyed a lot.Awesome place to enjoy with family and friends.

Great hotel in a very beautiful haveli. You feel like a maharadja. Good quality of service, nice staff. I highly recommend d it. The best hotel we have experienced during our 6 weeks stay in India.
