Beautiful location, exceptional service from all of the staff. Beautiful clean room, great air con (needed in late July for sure!), and the pool was wonderful. Well maintained, lovely and quiet, and great poolside facilities including toilets etc. Special mention for the South African lady at reception (I didn't catch her name!), she was so helpful, super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Also a special mention for the cleaning staff- they always left our room spotless and also folded and tidied everything for us which we would never expect but really appreciated every day! The breakfast was great too, loads of yummy options- fruits, croissants, toast, hams cheeses yoghurts and hot breakfast options too. Ample parking too, we never struggled for a space. Really couldn't fault this hotel, it was a delightful stay from start to finish.

Stayed four nights for my wife's birthday I can not praise and thank the hotel enough, from the cleaning staff and everyone. A special mention to Rubin who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel on our arrival. And he couldn't do enough for us. - Thank you Rubin - Annabel also was very helpful and let us leave our car in the car park while we had lunch in town. also said we can use the pool after we checked out. We genuinely did not want to leave. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit which was always available and the breakfast staff were fab and kept all the breakfast items full. We will certainly be returning. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. 10/10

WE genuinely liked everything Can't find fault with a perfect hotel. BRILLIANT. Just felt that all the staff liked working there. Even the cleaning staff were singing.

Patrícia was very welcoming, kind and helpful on our arrival, all other staff were great too. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and tidy, and a good size. Great selection of food at breakfast. If we come back to Sertã, we would say here again.

Very happy with the stay and value for money. It was a only a short walk to the main sights of Serta but was far enough away to be quiet. I would happily stay here again. I was in a motorbike and the owner moved her car so I could park under cover. When I got a puncture the owner phoned local garages for me to order a replacement tire, arranged for a hire car and drive me to collect the hire car. Excellent service.

No problems for me. The hotel has several rooms that are at ground level but no lift and so to reach the 1st floor you have to walk up a lovely marble staircase - not a problem for me (even with bike gear) but just advise the hotel if you need a ground floor room.

Perfect. A well maintained, quiet, comfortable and very clean hotel. My bicycle was safe in the garages behind the hotel. Close to the supermarket and places to eat. The young man on reception, who was new to the job, made a great first impression and explained everything to me. His English was very good. I have been travelling around France, Spain and Portugal for the last 8 weeks, staying in different accommodation nearly every night, and this hotel stands out as one of the best. Well done to everyone involved in the cleaning and running of this hotel.

Welcoming, privately owned, homely, neat, comfortable, friendly, very clean, cosy lounge/bar with pool table, games table and comfortable seating. Bright and tidy breakfast room with a good breakfast choice. Private garage for convenient parking. In town within walking distance to all amenities. Lovely outdoor pool area. As with a majority of hotels in town, the views are not great, but the ambiance of Hotel Larverde more than makes up for that.

I have only good things to say about Hotel Larverde, the staff were super helpful and friendly. I had a 4 night stay which was great value for money, the staff couldn’t do enough for me. Loads of choices for breakfast. Cleanliness wise the hotel was absolutely spotless 🤩 Hotel Larverde certainly deserves more than 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had no issues at all

Hotel Larverde was excellent in every way, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The manager (owner) was a lovely friendly lady and very efficient. She made us feel welcome, told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area and even managed to secure us a table at one of the top hotels in town on New Year’s Eve. Our room was immaculately clean, as was the entire establishment. The facilites were well considered and positioned. The beds were very comfortable with everything tucked into place! The breakfast was very good and tables were set with proper linen 👍

I’m reluctant to mention this, but I will anyway! The only thing lacking was a kettle or coffee maker, although I did know this in advance and took my own along as usual in Portugal. Coffee was available downstairs.

I have submitted multiple reviews on this Hotel. Nothing changes. At the top of their game. What value for money. Great staff, professional , clean and presentable Great breakfast. Plenty of parking and short stroll to all local restaurants etc. Well done Abigaile.

Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. Secure bike storage. Nice looking pool, though the weather was too chilly for us. Room very clean, even the terrace was spotless. Great breakfast - fresh omelette made for us and they let us make a picnic for the journey. Short walk to an excellent restaurant (Sabores do Pinheiro) for dinner (best to reserve a table though as they get busy
