The staff was excellent. They were very helpful. I was expecting a package and they were prepared to keep it for me until I arrived. Great location, parking nearby. I got a room at the back which was more quiet.

Excellent value hotel close to the town centre, rooms are well equipped with aircon, bathroom has a good shower, the hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast although basic has all you need to start the day. I was touring the area by motorcycle and stayed here for 2 nights, they offered me a garage to the rear but it is very steep to get in and out of, street parking in the area isn’t a problem.

I loved the price, the location and the size of the room. The girls were really helpful and nice on the front desk/bar. I absolutely adored the blackout blinds, I am going to research how to get some for my own home!

I would have liked a kettle for the room to make tea and coffee, and I would have liked a little bit of counter space round the sink to keep toiletries.

The staff is very helpful. They did everything they could to resolve a problem with our booking. The single room is not big but has everything you need. Breakfast is worth every penny too.

Some small updates could be made. For example showerdoor leaks. But nothing really important.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was good, although it could be a bit better, the location is good (near the small but cute castle and the park with the Ponte Filipina) and the room was small and cozy, which is how I like it.

Parking near the door is available, but it is in a medieval street, so it was a bit difficult to park (There is plenty of parking in the main street, a bit farther). The shower doors did not close properly. Nothing problematic, but might be worth noting for some people.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the town. The rooms are spotless and modern and the bed was super comfy. There's a great breakfast included in the price so it's a no brainer for a stop in Serta. Really good value hotel that exceeded my expectations.

It was a very pretty new hotel in the upper part of Serta. The hotel and rooms were lovely and the staff person, who was new, was lovely. Very comfortable.

We loved it all. We tried to get the heat to work and pushed all kinds of buttons then asked front desk. Finally, we realized we just had to have patience. Our pushing buttons had confused the system. So, for another person, just have a little patience. :)
