Everything was up to expectation. The bed was extremely comfortable. The walking rain shower was fabulous/

I did not like that some staff were being trained during my communication with the bar and reception. The shuttle transfer from Schiphol to the hotel was a nightmare. We waited for nearly 1 hour because the driver of the shuttle bus was ill and there was no replacement driver. The hotel management used taxi's instead but we could not recognise the taxis as no signs were to be seen on any vehicle. Just NOT ACCEPTABLE for a 4 star hotel

The staff was exceptional. The food was good. The atmosphere was prestigious. The bed was wonderful.

The shower. Bath is OK, but showerhead was not convenient to use at all. The bathroom also did not have hand soap. Location is bad, but they make up for it with their free shuttle service. You get a shuttle every 30 minutes for free that takes you to and from airport. But around the hotel is absolutely NOTHING - no food, no grocery stores, nothing. Just bus stations and the shuttle.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

The only downside was the location – the hotel is quite far from the city center, but next to the Airport and sometimes it was difficult to get a taxi, or the wait was too long. However, if you don’t mind the distance, everything else was excellent. I would still recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport away. It was good, that the hotel had a airport shuttle bus, that brought us from the airport directly to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. It was also very calm there. Next time we will come to this hotel again.

Public areas & hotel room to an excellent standard, good value.

Shortage of reception & front-office staff on most recent, overnight visit - queues, lead to tense customers, uneccessary. Free "airport shuttle" to/from Schiphol Airport was either late/overcrowded

Pool and spa are our reasons for visiting this property every other month or so; they're top notch (even more so mid-week when it feels as if the pool is our private domain!). Rooms are comfortable and provide all the amenities one would need.

On this trip we had a "mystery smell" (leftover perfume from the previous guest was my guess). So we were moved and upgraded without any hassle. The pillows are mush and it's always a gamble whether or not I'll suffocate in my sleep (not really, but for me, there's nothing like a good firm pillow). The sports bar staff is far from top notch. Asked the server what was in the small green salad and all she could come up with was "lettuce and vegetables." And she seemed a bit put out that I would ask in the first place...

The hotel is quite modern. I had requested a quiet room, but when I got to the room it was right by the main road. I requested a change if possible, and the reception staff were kind enough to move me to a quiet room. The room was quite big, had complimentary water and coffee. Bathroom clean and spacious. The wifi worked well. I was here for a conference and all the staff I met were very polite and professional. Free airport shuttle was a treat.

The distance from the city. I had to get the shuttle to the airport, get a train and a metro to get in the city. Took an hour to get to the centre area. It's not the hotel's fault. That's just where the conference was.

The first room I was given was really bad. It smelled, carpet was worn and the AC rattled. Sidney the maintenance guy came up and said I should never have received this room. One call to reception, and someone brought a new key up and she helped move me to a FANTASTIC, clean room..Service is fantastic. Sidney also fixed my broken luggage wheel..Everyone is so nice and helpful. Breakfast was an amazing spread with everything..The shuttle from airport was super convenient and easy to take..A wonderful quick overnight stay...thanks to Iris, Sidney and the many staff members I met..

Clean beautiful rooms, kind staff, great shuttle drivers.

The food in the sports bar… not pub food for sure and Thai veggie burger was horrible. Need more casual food in there and leave the fancy stuff for the other restaurant.

Location. Near the airport but quiet & peaceful. Forest is a few meters away which is ideal for a walk or bike ride. Clean. Spacious bedroom. Eco friendly. Comfortable. Great facilities such as the gym, sauna, steam bath, sanarium. & swimming pool. Varied choices for breakfast. Friendly & welcoming staff. Nice sports bar. Restaurant. Free shuttle bus to & from the airport. Complimentary toiletries, slippers, bath robe, snacks & drinks in the mini fridge, view of the forest from the bedroom windows, has safe , desk, reading chair, sofa, air conditioning, coffee maker , kettle & plenty of storage for luggage & clothes.
