The room was pretty large, clean, and had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot that we used (and several things we didn't need). The bed was king-sized and fairly comfortable and the ice machine was close to us. It was also not right by the road so it was not noisy, and the location was near our the route to Watson Lake and the downtown area.

The breakfast was so-so. The dining room was very nice, the lady making omelettes was friendly and helpful, the coffee was plentiful and HOT, juice was good and we filled up on the cereal and toast. The sausage was awful and the omelettes weren't very good. A waffle maker would have been nice, plus better quality sausage. Bacon or some better tasting sausage would have made our breakfast EXCELLENT!

We were taking a tour of the college campus on our way through to another stop. The staff was amazing and recommended the attached restaurant, Mi Tierra. The restaurant food was awesome and service was great! We arrived late in the evening, so we took our food to-go, back to the room. The room was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with a service dog. We can't wait to visit again. We'll definitely be staying here again. The pet area near the back was perfect (and clean)!!!!

Our room, as amazing as it was, was further from the main lobby and parking lot. We only saw stairs to and from. Had we stayed longer or had more baggage, it would have been a pain to get to and from our car.

The breakfast room was easy to access and there were multiple stairways to get to the rooms as well. The lobby staff were always very nice and helpful with any questions All of the light fixtures and outlets worked at this location so I call that a double win.

The pool location was kind of awkward but that was more of personal preference than anything. The extra security latch seemed to be missing a piece so it would jam the door getting in. Thankfully with the front desks help and my quick thinking, I was able to rig it during the day so it would not jam but we could still use it at night

Breakfast wasn’t great. same thing every CB single day. Other hotels with complimentary breakfasts woukd have something different ( at least in the hot items. I do not eat sausage and scrambled eggs were awful. Sorry just didn’t want to eat same thing every single day.

Washer broke on my second load. Refunded my money, but had to take clothes out of washer put in big plastic bag and let drip most of the water in bath tub until next day when I put them in dryer. Also vending/washer area was filthy…asked front desk if I could sweep up the dirt ( in case my clothes/would drop onto the floor during switch to dryer. Ice machine was caked with brown ( mold or sludge)

There were five of us and they gave us a suite with two separate bedrooms, a living room with pull-out couch and a small balcony. Having two bathrooms was really great for so many of us. There was also a dorm-size fridge and microwave. The suite was roomy and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. Since we brought dogs, it was very helpful that there is a small fenced dog run! The location is mere minutes from the Prescott Resort where our trade show was being held.

There were two things they can’t change but that people should know about: no elevators in the buildings, and no space for parking in front of our particular building. You’re going to be walking a little.

Room was extremely clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable! I asked for extra pillows and they were waiting in our room when we got back per our request. Mike at the front desk was very friendly. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectations. Food was tasty and there was a nice selection of hot foods- eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, pancakes, waffles, etc! And my husband (the coffee snob) complimented the hot coffee! Wow, because he rarely does that! And little touches like Philadelphia cream cheese for the bagels instead of a cheap off brand. We will use BW for our future stays in Prescott!

Maybe a veggie/some type of greens available for breakfast.

Good location & nice people

Bkfst had very little to offer. Oatmeal that was not good. You could toast a bagel or bread. Oranges and apples. 5 different topping for the oatmeal. 3 choices of dry cereal with whole milk to put on it. Butter, jam or cream cheese. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, apple juice or orange juice. End of list.

The breakfast had abundant choices of juices, coffee, teas. Fruit was available. A plate of scrambled eggs and sausage were okay. Very helpful staff.

Handicapped and 2nd floor didn't mix well, no elevator. Busy Roadway entrance sometimes difficult to cross median upon exit. Busy.

Staff was so nice. Room was ok, the ac unit is more in the bathroom so it took a bit to cool the room. Bed was comfy, breakfast was ok, lots of parking

The carpet was not the cleanest but nothing obvious gross. We just kept our shoes on in the room. Breakfast was not the best for the price and size of hotel

Stacie, the receptionist was great. The systems were down but she was very professional and efficient in the way she handled it. Rooms were clean and spacious.

I had initially booked this hotel due to the reviews on the breakfast, but I guess their breakfast changed the beginning of this year. I was not impressed with the breakfast.
