Wonderful location! Staff is super helpful and polite. I was to specifically mention: 1. Mohamed Ilias (for making us wonderful elephants and turtles out of towels on the bed!) 2. Rajeev (for making us excellent masala tea for breakfast and attending to us in a great way) 3. The hotel accommodated my gluten free and dairy free diet, even changed their usual recipes to fit this. Thank you

Maybe the room felt a bit small but overall super. Food was average maybe a bit more care with food to make it a food destination

The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and they found us a room anyway even if we have to wait one hour for that. The breakfast is excellent and the food in general is great (we tried the Peridot buffet and the bar on the beach). The beach is awsome and very quite. The beds comfortable. The room was awsome and big and they have an espresso machine (with Illy coffee! Very appreciated from us italian people!).

The swimming pool is not heated so I was freezing to swim there after sunset. And would be nice to have an heated jacuzzi! The happy hour in the bar is a little boring as there are only few seats outside in the balcony and inside is not so nice. Not many options for the mocktails. I suggest instead the beach bar for the drinks!

Truly lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful , clean & lovely location. Staff where all very pleasant , inviting and caring. Room was large , clean and lovely amenities. Special mention to the beach staff who all are lovely and friendly and making sure your well looked after as does the manager at Breakfast time . We dined both nights in Anzo, food was truly lovely as was the drinks, quiet and lovely ambiance and of course the service from Arman was impeccable, highly attentive , very welcoming and friendly & truly He couldn't do enough. His service & hospitality made a lovely trip wonderful!

Nothing, it really was a faultless stay

Staff were amazing, really attentive and friendly. Rooms were spacious, lovely view. House keeping were great. Pool was clean, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and beach. Gym facilities (and showers) were great, including tennis and activities. Concierge, reception and valet service were brilliant.

We expected to pay a lot for the food as the menu is available online, however the quality of the food for the price wasn’t worth it, it was average food for very expensive prices. We made the decision not to eat at any of the hotel restaurants after the first night as decided it wasn’t worth the value, we ate at restaurants within muscat which were delicious and reasonably priced. If you plan to explore, it’s worth getting a car as is quite far from places.

Breakfast was wonderful, great choice. Hotel staff lovely and provided excellent service. Dinner menu was good and quality of food on the whole was excellent. Good communication and sense of care all round. Pool was a nice temperature. Gym was modern, large and well maintained. Rooms were very comfortable, excellent beds with choice of pillows. Very quite at night. We slept well. Hotel located boys' room next door which was very convenient. Beach facilities were extensive, clean and well maintained, beach service was great. Cleanliness hotel-wide was excellent.

Mainly issues beyond hotel's control. Toxic and powerful odour from nearby refinery when wind was in certain direction. We had to leave our room. I felt nauseous for a while. Sea was so warm it was no relief for the heat and humidity. Air quality in Oman isn't great. Pools should be larger and perhaps more of them. Facilities such as five a side or basket ball court/net and backboard would cater for the younger guests, better and cheaper aquatic sports equipment - proper kayaks, more paddle boards etc. Better marketing about impact on facilities due to out of season stay - one restaurant shut at 5pm, no yoga teacher, no stand in yoga teacher. Appreciate hotel requires high standard for taxis but OMR14 hotel pick up to Muscat and OMR6.3 return journey seems an extreme difference.

From the moment we arrived, we were completely spoiled by the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made this trip special – we felt like VIPs every single day. The food was absolutely fantastic, offering a delicious variety that exceeded our expectations. The beach was clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing, while our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. While everything about this stay was exceptional, it was the staff who truly made it one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back very soon!

Unfortunately, the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. While we truly appreciated the extensive pillow menu and the effort to cater to different preferences, we still had a bit of trouble getting a good night’s sleep. This was a minor downside in an otherwise incredible stay.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel—it was conveniently situated near everything I needed, making it easy to explore the area and get around. The surroundings were beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere of my stay. On top of that, the hotel’s services were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything from check-in to room service was smooth and professional. It truly made my experience even more enjoyable. I would really like to thank Marj for her amazing amazing service with me. Nawal for his amazing help at the reception. !! Much much amazing staff and help. I wouldn’t also forget how they got me and after Sun because I got burned and they took really good care of me even though the clinic was closed

The rooms were very luxurious. The pool was very nice to swim in and there was always a chair bed to sit on and plenty of fresh towels supplied by the staff and noodles too , to swim with if needed . It’s was on the coast and the water in the ocean was very warm to swim in . The Italian restaurant had exception food and service . The breakfast in the main restaurant was very good and lots of choices of food .The staff were very polite and helpful .

The food in the main restaurant wasn’t very good for the evening meal . I wish we had discovered the Italian restaurant sooner .

i loved the place its so secluded and calm. The view was spectacular. The rooms were spacious truly and clean and the bathroom was even more spacious. The facilities were amazing and the concierge was very helpful. Water activities offered at the beach are great. The staff super helpful and friendly.

i disliked the fact no taxis were available only by call and basically certain taxi apps would work in the given location so bare in mind you would wait at least 10-15 mins, arrange earlier. Also, regarding the lifegaurd by the beach he was unhelpful and unattentive. I booked the sup and he failed to teach me proper instructions and guide me through. I ended up injuring my knee at first from a fall and flipped mid water twice with his slow reaction after screaming for help knowingly telling him it was my first time whilst he made slick remarks.

Fantastic sea view. Spacious and modern rooms. Very beautiful beach with turtles). Extremely helpful staff. Great buffet breakfasts and dinners. Wi-fi works everywhere.
