Wonderful staff upon check in as well as the morning to checkout. Staff at checkin texted me asking how we liked our room and if we need anything then please text her…exceptionally personal and we loved it! Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great! Morning staff were very happy and friendly folks as well!!!

The snow plow hired to clear the parking lot works at 3:00am. Being on the ground floor facing the main parking area, well, it kept us awake while they were scraping. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like!

Absolutely top notch hotel on the edge of Cody. Supremely comfortable, quiet, plenty of safe parking, fabulous freshly prepared breakfast and very pleasant atmosphere and staff. Cody itself we loved and will likely be one of the highlights of our whole trip. Dinner at Cassies, Old Trail Town and Cody Firearms Experience all worth a look. We also used Walmart for our picnic lunches to take into Yellowstone. Chief Joseph highway totally awesome drive, just a shame that Bear Tooth was closed for winter whilst we were there. Cody - We love you!

Friendly and helpful staff. Even went out of their way to keep an extra eye on our bikes at night that were locked up on our bike rack versus carrying them all inside. Town is super cute too. Had a rodeo going on and nice little bike park. Free concerts in the summer.

Just a note to remember your key when you go to the outdoor hot tub! We got accidentally locked out when going from the pool to the hot tub. Oops!

Staff was nice. Place was clean. Our room was very spacious & comfortable. Shower was great, bathroom space was very large. Laundry facility was nice. Breakfast was very good & a staff member offered my husband & I a tray when he saw us struggling to take food up to our kiddos.

I think the breakfast the first morning. the waffle area was really sloppy and food drips, spills , Area needed another worker to clean up the countertops where the food was served. Also for the exorbitant price for the room I expected a non premade, factory packaged meal. Coffee carafe was empty both days as well until I told the attendant.

Breakfast was great! Lots of options and very clean. The breakfast area was great as well. Plenty of nice seating for the busy times! We also really liked that coffee and hot beverages were available 24/7 in the lobby. Very helpful for tired parents!

Geometric patterns (throughout the facility) were fantastic. We (happily) used the great business center space at breakfast - very intimate and inviting for us!

We weren't allowed to use the hot tub - I guess because of relatively cold temperatures. We really wanted to use the hot tub.

The hot tub and pool were great. The fire pit was a nice touch.

The breakfast was lacking for the number of guests. The cost of the room was a bit pricey however it was the height of the vacation season. Not complaining just observations. We will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotels when we travel.

Perfect, new, clean, great location, awesome front desk…I can’t really say anything bad about this experience! We went to the rodeo and thank god it was clean because we needed showers after that! Front desk gave us info about the rodeo that proved to be excellent advice, we had a great stay! This was one hotel I was sad to leave!

GREAT hotel, great staff, good food, good location, but I didn't realize the area was so expensive to stay in. I was just in town for a day and 400.00 a night seemed a bit high, but it had been 6 years since my wife and I stayed here last.
