The hotel is currently in it's soft opening phase so it's very important that you keep that in mind when you go. For me, it was perfect because it was so quiet. I had a swim up room which is in the perfect locations with regards to the pool, the beach and the main restaurant. The room itself was very clean and the decor was fresh and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. From my bed I had a gorgeous view of the sea which was amazing to wake up to every morning. In the swim up rooms you also have access to a mini bar that is filled daily, a Nespresso machine and all the things you could possible desire from a room with regards to TV, robes, AC, rain shower and separate toilet. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The food was varied and of high quality every single meal time and the selection was great. The customer relations staff member called daily to check in with my needs which was a nice touch! The beach and pool areas were vast and quiet and the sunbeds were comfortable. It was very easy to find somewhere to relax and there are even adults only sections if you prefer that kind of vibe. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is in the soft opening phase but it would have been very useful to have some signage around the resort. It's a rather large resort and if I was staying somewhere a big further away from all the main attractions I might have got lost. They have at ATM but it's a lot further away from the reception they are currently using and it's not well signposted. The only disappointment I had with the room was the fact that infinity pool overlooked other buildings. While you could see the sea from you room, the height of the buildings in from of the room completely take that view away when you are relaxing in the pool.

The quality and the selection of food was very good. We particularly loved pastry and cakes, specially the local ones. The resort is large and very well planned with numerous and beautiful swimming pools. The service was impeccable.

The resorts is still under construction. Not all restaurants were open. A jetty to the sea was not complete. The resort is in general very clean, yet we noticed some algae growth on the steps in the main swimming pool. When we walked to the ladies bathroom in the gym it was smelly and there was a pool of dirty water on the floor.

The hotel is still in the so-called soft opening phase. However, we did not notice any restrictions or any construction noise! After the great Opening in few Month it will be a large, well thought-out complex for families with kids up to luxury lovers (apartment with its own swimming pool) The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. All of the staff were very friendly. The service was exceptional. Special Thanks to Achmed at the Poolbar and Mohamed at Beachbar (Beachservice). The food is fantastic! Despite the small number of guests, there was an enormous variety on offer, prepared with top products. (Fish, seafood, lamb, beef, vegetables, salads, Arabic, Asia and European dishes, Sweets and... etc) Each meal was presented by the professional restaurant manager. We were often asked for our opinion of the dishes. The Dinner at the Beach Restaurant was also great. Quality super quantity more than enough. In general, the entire management is very interested in the guests' feedback. Suggestions were very gladly accepted and in some cases incorporated into the concept very quickly, and small deficiencies were immediately remedied. Example for Special Support: We needed an overnight stay in Hurghada to be closer to the airport on the day of departure. Unfortunately my Booking.com account wasn't working. Here too, we were helped quickly and easily. Thanks again! Extra thanks to Mr Hebashy, he helped with a problem that we as recently as noticed at home. The Beach is very beautiful. Because it was not very busy, we had it to ourselves for a while. We are excited to see how the announced jetty will be implemented. Then snorkeling will be much easier. At the moment, swimming (swimming shoes) and snorkeling are possible, but a little uncomfortable. We also used, several times, the limousine service. Here, too, everything was OK :-). We can highly recommend a trip to the dream beach of Marsa Hankorab.

Some guests walked on the corals, even though it should be clear to everyone that this behavior causes great damage. There are a few information boards missing on the beach to this problem.

Fantastic experience. Incredibly beautiful, relaxing, clean and very neat facilities. Super and exceptional staff. Service never experienced before in Egypt, possibly in South East Asia but never in Egypt. They are in a different league. Need more Golf cars as resort is very big. Mind you, I was told that there are two more new cars on the way.

Almost everything here is absolutely superb. All the staff are fantastic, friendly, and always willing to help. Choices of food are amazing with a very very delicious mixed grill night. Facilities are in a top notch condition, very clean everywhere. Beach is absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend if you are searching for a resort to relax.

Transport offered by the hotel is very poor, neither the driver nor the supervisor of the transport know the location well when we asked to be brought to some tourism spots. The pool bar is playing loud techno music every night until 11pm and we can hear them clearly from the room where we stayed in. During our stay, the hotel is only 80-90% completed, hence there were some minor work around the resort,

Didn’t feel incomplete for us despite some part are still under construction. 2 Restaurants pool bars are working, food is amazing. Still are all exceptional. Every thing is spotless and brand new so I can’t complain about anything really.

Jetty isn’t built yet so snorkeling was a bit tricky but you can definitely swim and snorkel. Just make sure to bring beach shoes.

The hotel manager is working with his team together, they are doing their best to help and provide services to all of the guests. We appreciate the hospitality.

Sentido is a new hotel in Marsa Alam, everything is new and clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, i loved the hotel structure overall and the gym is very well equipped, the ala cart restaurants are super nice and the food is perfect. Mohamed (Manager) and Ahmed at the beach bar are very friendly and respectful, providing the best service

The food in any open buffet restaurant is a nightmare, very poor quality and no variety compared to the ala cart restaurants. The internet was down the first day and when i called the reception, the receptionist did nothing and when i called again and again she asked me to go to the reception front desk which is very far from the room. I was very disappointed the second day when i called the reception again at 12:15 AM to order food at the room, the receptionist told me she don’t know if the restaurant is still open, so i told her to ask and get back to me, which she didn’t do, so i called back again after a while to tell me that everything closed so i asked her to let me talk to the manager , she then said the restaurant is open and i can order whatever i want.

It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.
