Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel

I have been here with my family for 4 days but i really enjoyed it alot . Food was delicious and variety. Staff were so friendly. People at the reception were so friendly and they welcomed us very well .Rooms are clean. Great view . Animation team are doing great job all day with different program at the evening as well thanks Zeka and his team . I would like to thanks the management for the professional job with great organization . Feels like our second home. Definitely will come back in September. High recommend 👌

MR.Mahmoud the reception Manager was Soo helpful and gave us an unforgettable experience From upgrading the room to having a private bungalow Having a baby sitter was something I couldn't imagine as we have a 9 months baby and they took care while we dine. The gave us as well a free a la carte dining experience at the oriental and seafood restaurants. Definitely will come back again

A huge resort in a very nice spread of various functions. Easy to find and reach. All employees are always welcoming and energetic with sense of humor and enthusiasm. The room is well prepared, really clean and comfortable. High quality stay and happy with people and facilities here.

-As Booking.com guests, we enjoyed VIP service. -Friendly and helpful staff, with most of them speaking Italian and other languages. -We stayed in the international guest section, which was quieter and more peaceful. -A large pool right in front of our room, and beach towels were replaced daily. -Reserved beach spot with no additional charges. -A wide variety of food catering to all tastes, with themed dinner nights (Egyptian, Italian, ...). -On-site doctor available for emergencies (extra service). -Option for late check-out.

-The resort is mostly for Italian guests with Italian entertainment (Bravo), which can be very noisy at times and not very welcoming to Booking.com guests. -No coral reef to visit because there’s no pier. -Excursions: We asked the hotel to organize a desert safari, but it turned out to be a "tourist scam" and wasn’t worth the price. We got a partial refund thanks to the receptionist (Hazem), who was very helpful. -There were issues with hot water in the room, but they were (partly) fixed after a quick response. -The doctor on-site was helpful (I needed it), but the price was quite high. -The resort is mostly aimed at families and not young guests.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel!The gardens are absolutely stunning, perfectly maintained and with herons walking freely through the greenery..it really felt like a hidden paradise!!Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. A special thank you and big compliments to all the local staff and also to Serena and Andrea from the Bravo staff..they all made our stay even more special. We already miss it and can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.
