Very spacious room; much more so than a typical hotel room, with a seating area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. Really excellent at the price. Location in the city was very good: close to main railway stations and on bus routes. Very friendly staff member in charge of the breakfast room. Breakfast food and drink selection was relatively modest but adequate. The reception desk staff member was helpful in changing our room (see below).

Our first two nights were seriously spoiled by the noise from the bar below the hotel. There was loud music and loud voices until 3.30 am, and my wife couldn't sleep. We were able to move to a quieter room, but anyone booking to stay in this hotel should ask for a room overlooking the car park at the rear.

Our assigned room was on the third floor, which had recently been painted. Due to the smell, my husband, who was suffering from infection could not remain in this room. The reception staff promptly and kindly relocated us to a better apartment on another floor and provided information about a doctor for my husband A continental breakfast was available at a cost of 11 pounds per person, offering a satisfactory selection of cereals, fruit, boiled eggs, toast, a variety of condiments, and coffee or tea. The staff were exceptionally and helpful, exceeding our expectations. They also provided us with a list of local restaurants offering discounts to Fraser Suites guests. The property is located about a 10-minute walk from Queen Street Train Station.

We got a really good deal on the booking for one night so I didn’t have the highest expectations as some of the pictures showed the rooms looking a little outdated and I’d read mixed reviews, but we were so wrong and the stay exceeded expectations! It was so easy to check in, no queue and only took a couple of mins. Stephanie at reception was so warm, friendly, and helpful. The room/apartment was amazing! It was so nice having the living areas separated and being able to close the bedroom door, with the hallway separating the bedroom and the apartment entrance, meant we didn’t hear any noise in the corridors during the night. The living/kitchen area was nice and bright and bigger than I was expecting too, and finally the bathroom was modern and it was great having different shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles (none of the 3-in-1 stuff thankfully!). The bed was so so comfy, and the wardrobe had additional pillows. The bedroom and living room also had its own portable fan/heater which was so good as it was a bit warm when we arrived. The location was also great. I will definitely stay again!

Occasionally heard a few small noises from the apartment above us but with the ceilings of the room being so high, it really wasn’t loud and didn’t bother us.

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff on arrival (blonde lady - forgotten her name), she made me feel at ease and safe as it was my first time travelling to Glasgow. The check in process was quick and easy and all the relevant information was provided clearly and adequately. The rooms themselves were very spacious and clean, with everything you could possibly need including stocked cupboards with clean, like new utensils and crockery. The bed was extremely comfortable and extra pillows were provided in the wardrobe. The apartment was well laid out and the space was utilised well allowing for sections for the kitchen, living area and bedroom. The whole hotel was immaculate and not one item out of place and had a very fresh and modern feel. It was evident the staff took a lot of pride in their roles and duties. Overall, an extremely wonderful and pleasant stay and will definitely visit again and also recommend to friends. I look forward to booking the Fraser Suites in Manchester.

During my stay at Fraser Suites Glasgow, I loved the overall experience. The location was perfect, the price was great, and the amenities, like the in-room kitchen, made it super convenient and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent, making us feel right at home, even though we were visiting from another country. I actually discovered Fraser Suites through a TikTok post, and the warm, welcoming environment they provided was really wonderful for both my mom and me, especially since I was there for my exams and coming from a different country. They really delivered on that friendly atmosphere, aside from that one checkout Interaction.

While the overall experience at Fraser Suites was wonderful, we did have a less positive interaction during checkout. The receptionist on duty at the time seemed a bit dismissive and less welcoming, which was a noticeable contrast to the rest of our stay. It didn't overshadow our overall positive experience, but it was something we felt could have been improved, especially since I was traveling with my mom and we value that warm, friendly service.

Two parts to this. The first room allocated was in need of renovation and refreshment. Room felt old and worn and outside of the door taped for paintwork and inside carpets dirty and shabby. The whole floor was being renovated and repainted. I complained and asked to be moved and reception staff willingly obliged and moved me to a renovated and much better room I had no complaints with the alternative. With price asked was surprised why I had been allocated the first room. It should be that the best available should be allocated first given I was staying five nights, and why they thought I would accept an inferior room unless the place was full. No explanation was forthcoming and I appreciated very much the change by excellent reception staff to make the change

See above. This shortcoming on room was overcome. I had no other major concerns. There seemed no way to let some outside air into the apartment with new dormer windows. It was quite warm for the time of year and I did not want to run the supplied reverse cycle conditioners unnecessarily. Perhaps this is not often a problem in Glasgow. I do prefer the options of opening windows. An Australian thing.

Great location, kinda noisy but in the city centre right at bars, restaurants ( candleriggs / Merchant City and only a short walk to George Square and Goma. Rooms are of a good size, with hall way separate bathroom and bedroom and larger than I expected. And free to use laundry room in the basement which was good.

Living room / Kitchen area were a little bit dated ( in the room I was in ) however tbh, It was good enough and served its purpose. Wifi was fast and the appartment had everything I needed. A Dishwasher may have been nice addition but all good.

Convenient for shops lovely walks friendly people. Staff were excellent. Nothing was any borher happy to help.

Two items missing from.kitchen cupboard could have done with cheese grater, and a pair of scissors to cut labels off. Other clients are coming in with no respect for other people noisy banging about not thinking others are sleeping, no consideration for others, spoke to member of staff about noise out side car reving up early hours not the staff fault could do with a bit more to tone out noise, otherwise good. Was offered breakfast, but I didn't have any, so I can't comment.Rooms were always warm, very hot water, plenty of it having a bath was a pleasure, soap and shampoo supplied.

The historic building is very nicely restored and kept up. We had a 2 bedroom suite that had a kitchen/family room combo. We did not have the occasion to use the kitchen other than heating hot water, having coffee (Nespresso Machine). However, there was no refrigerator which was a bit of a disappointment. Located in Merchant City near a ton of food/drink options within easy walking distance. And, in a very safe area...

For the price the breakfast was subpar (cold food options, continental) versus every other similar hotel in our visits to Ireland and Scotland. I believe mainly do to the Hotel and restaurant are separate entities and the hotel has no formal kitchen. However the breakfast attendant was a great guy and very helpful. The only other negative was that early check in/out was 25L (per hour we were told) even if room was ready and if you needed a bit extra time on check out due to delayed Uber/flight.

The room is really good, actually, outstanding 51 square meters with great space for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen plus living room. The location is the great point, becasue you can walk up to the closer attractions and also take subway (2 stations to be selected) to other part of Glasgow and also two trains stations to go to other Scotland cities.

Just two days were used to clean the flat during these 14 days. And also some noise, because the wooden roof I supposed. But, the worst and unpleasant situation for me happened when I asked for late check-out (and I am talking about just one hour late!!!) and the lady at the reception replied me it must be charged 25 pounds;hour...Gee, after to staying 14 days there Fraser will charge me 25 pounds por just one hour...that is ridiculous!!!
