Nice and spacious room. Nice and private bed space. There is a lift - a rare feature in a hostel. Hair dryer is provided at hand wash basin. Really nice and modern interior at the dining room cum sitting lounge. Good location near Glasgow Central Station

Lack of shower rooms and toilets. There is only one and only bathroom per floor, which has complete shower facilities, wash basin and WC. The rest of shower rooms, wash basin and WCs are located separately at half floor up or down the stairs. Staff were not friendly or helpful. Breakfast was cold and not substantial.

Our trip to Glasgow with friends was made perfect thanks to this apartment. It met all our needs without breaking the bank. The location was spot on. The apartment itself was modern and well-maintained, with a stylish ambiance that we loved. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had no complaints throughout our stay. Booking was simple, and communication with the hosts was smooth. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in central Glasgow.

It was close to everything. Really nice in the common areas.

The staff wasn’t very inviting. They weren’t rude but really weren’t paying mind or when asking for suggestions being very great.

It's a posh hostel so no breakfast as such. I liked the staff, they worked really hard, super friendly. The booking experience was not so good and on a few occasions I was given a different room, or bunk to the one I'd booked. Met such a wide range of people

Other guests.. So inconsiderate! Slamming doors at 3am. There was a lot of noise fr the night clubs, but I knew they were in the neighbourhood and there seemingly was an issue with putting sound proofing into the building. There are a number of repairs needing done.. Blinds missing in the pods, the place needs a deep clean and the coffee machine didn't work all week

Comfy beds with a part wooden, part curtained side for great privacy. Bunks were spaced so you could sit up in the bed and there was a plug, USB plugs, and a shelf. I was in an 8 bed room, which had one shared bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer, and basin all in one room), I didn't find too many issues with this for 8 people - the only improvement would have been a separate shower/toilet. The room was very clean, and there were lockers under the beds and pin code lockers too - although these were both too narrow for most large bags. All the hostel guests in the room were very respectful. The laundry was the cheapest I've found in Europe - £2 for a wash or dry. Free earplugs were at the reception and in the rooms.

The laundry system was a bit fiddly - you had to download an app and load money onto it as the tablet on the wall was apparently broken. There was a sign on the door indicating you could do laundry from 5pm, however, the machines (2 washers and dryers) were being used until at least 9pm by staff, and the door locks at about 8.30/9pm so I had to get staff to let me in to get my clothes after having to wait for the cleaners to finish. I found all but 1 of the staff a bit cold and unfriendly. They assisted, but it felt like it was an effort/hassle for them; there were no smiles or hellos most of the time. Nothing about the hostel was explained to me when I checked in except for how to get to my room.

Very central location. Clean and comfortable. Very reasonable price to use the laundry. Good communal spaces. Having use of a secure locker that you set your own code to was great. Even though there’s pubs around the property you could hardly hear them, it was just a background noise.

Very hot room even with the fan above the door. Being able to open the windows fully may have helped cool the room down to sleep. Only a very small shelf to put things on eg: phone, reading glasses & power bank charger. Could use a bigger/longer shelf. The storage box under the beds were not user friendly. They were locked so not able to be used. Would be better to remove them completely so guest luggage could be stored under the beds. Only 2 washing machines and dryers which could only be used from 5pm as housekeeping also use the laundry during the day. Perhaps a separate laundry for housekeeping would enable guests to freely use laundry during the day.

Kian and Ali were both super helpful staff members and very friendly! They helped us out quite a lot with a difficult situation we had with a room mate trying to steal our things and they were always up for a chat. There were always cleaners around during the day so you knew the bathrooms were always clean! The location is right in the centre of town which is nice!

Our original room in the female only dorm was nice and clean and the beds were sturdy, however we got moved to a 6 bed mixed dorm because of an issue with one of our room mates and anytime someone moved in the 3 bed bunk, the whole bunk would move so it was quite difficult to sleep. Although the bedding was mainly clean, I found a couple hairs and a receipt in my bed when we moved to the mixed dorm.

The hostel is perfectly located — just a short walk (around 10–15 minutes) from both the train and bus stations. Inside, the hostel has everything you need: a common area, plenty of space to relax on the rooftop, a small shop, and food available.The room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The shared bathroom was also very clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — we had an issue with payment through Booking.com, and they did everything they could to help us sort it out.

The downside of the location is definitely that it’s surrounded by pubs and clubs. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday, and unfortunately, the music from nearby venues was loud enough until 4 AM that we could easily recognize the songs playing through the walls ;) There were earplugs provided in the room, but they didn’t help much.

The 8 bed girls dormitory was fantastic! Very clean, tasteful decor, clean with a functional private bathroom. The location is great as it's in the heart of the city. I had come off a 25hr flight and had booked for a Tuesday night at the end of April - I found that there weren't any noise disruptions (I can be a light sleeper) as it was the beginning of the week, which was fantastic and slept like the dead! The pod beds are surprisingly spacious and very comfortable! There is enough space to put hand luggage/carry-on suitcases into a lockable locker in the dorm room, as well as space either under the bunks or in the corners of the room if you have a large suitcase. Highly recommend!!

Not a negative but more of a note - if you have heavy luggage there are a couple of steps up into the building itself with a lift in the entryway to get up to reception and upper levels with the rooms. The lift is snug but functional.

I had a private room at revolver, the bed was super comfortable and the room spacious. The communal areas were cool and the laundry facilities were very welcomed + easy to use. Bathrooms and toilets were pretty clean at all times.

I did have housekeeping nearly bust into my room twice while in there, thankfully I had the lock on the door. There is also a homeless shelter just around the corner, whilst I had no issues at all during my stay just something for other solo female travellers to be aware of if you’re coming or going in the evening.
