we had an amazing 4-day stay at The Social Hub in Glasgow. The quality of the property truly exceeded my expectations, with its tasteful and modern decor creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better—central and convenient for accessing everything Glasgow has to offer. Despite being in such a prime spot, the room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for uninterrupted relaxation. Highly recommended! The attention to detail in every aspect of the experience was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the well-maintained amenities. This hotel combines comfort, style, and functionality perfectly, making it an excellent choice for any traveler. I look forward to returning in the future!

There’s an energetic buzz about the Social Hub from the moment you set foot inside. This recently opened, centrally-located hotel offers a range of bonus activities from a large gym to table-tennis! The staff, especially Jessica, were very warm and welcoming, pointing out places not to miss on the complimentary map. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and the lifts very well behaved! I’ll be searching out this brand in other cities.

I hesitate to mention anything but as a new building going forward it might be good to figure out a way for room doors not to bang so loudly on closure and so disturb neighbours. Whilst there are many lights in the room none were really bright enough when attending to shaving and make-up routines. A false fire alarm at 6am could have been led more expertly by the night shift which left hundreds of half-dressed guests in the cold for some time with no explanation about what had happened even when the fire engines arrived!

Pretty much everything. It's such a shame we were only staying for one night. The hotel has a fresh, modern, and young vibe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The bed, big and comfy. The room is quiet, perfect for a good night sleep. The bathroom was spotless and offered good quality amenities (really nice shampoo and conditioner!) What else??? Oh yeah, I tried haggis and black pudding for the 1st time, and I don't know what sorcery the scottish chefs used in their kitchen, but it blew my mind!!!

Not truly fond of the brutalist/industrial ceiling.

The staff are friendly the check in/ out was easy more or less self check in and well explained. The food was delicious I had a very healthy breakfast. The room itself is very clean the bed was so comfy great shower too well equipped with everything you need tea coffee water hairdryer it was pretty quiet and very central to all my needs not to far from train station easy to find. Has a pool table ping pong game books (added some fun) laundry room gym has everything was a great stay. Would recommend

The key fob is needed for everything lifts ect if like me you left the fob in room 🙈went to elevator area and got stuck in that space couldn’t use lift couldn’t get back to room had to wait on someone passing by to open the door for me was a bit daunting. Good idea for safety as in no one can just roam about hotel which is great when you are single female travelling just double check you leave room with fob.

The property is very safe and clean. My room was small yet it had everything I actually needed. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. I loved the shower cabin, which was spacious and shower gels with different scents were also provided. The room was cozy with a simple but modern design. The place is called The Social Hub for a reason; there are quite a few ways you can get to know other people if you want. There’s also a pool table and you can also play table tennis

One of the coffee makers was out of order so everyone was queuing for a coffee.

The social hub was a really cool space in a fantastic location. The staff were great and super helpful going above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable and easy. I arrived on a really early flight and emailed ahead to see if it would be possible for me to check in early to get a quick nap in before my friend arrived, I was so chuffed when I had a reply to say that if the room was ready then that would be no problem at all. I got there any checked in right away! I’m pretty sure I’ve never experienced that! As if this wasn’t great enough I asked if there was a possibility of a late check out as our flight home was 7.30 at night. It wasn’t a problem at all, we were offered a 1 o’clock check out! It just made our stay so fantastic. Thanks so much. If I ever come back to Glasgow I will definitely be staying here. And don’t get me started on the pillows! Soooo comfortable ♥️

I stayed at many hotels all over the UK and also mainly in Glasgow, but this one is the best. I love the concept of this hotel, I love the space and friendliness of the staff. The staff is the biggest asset for this hotel, so helpful and cheery. The rooms are nice, super quiet even though this hotel accommodates students. The gym is fully equipped and the restaurant is nice. I loved the work space downstairs , felt like working in the library and the resting areas are so comfortable. It’s a new concept in Glasgow and I am so happy to experience this. Value for money and very clean rooms. I highly recommend this for any travellers, the community vibe is superb.

I cannot find any!

Amazing! Really good for a conference/business trip but its got that nice laid-back hostel vibe. Very modern and comfortable with nice touches. It's often the little things that make a stay great for a business trip, like appropriately placed lamps and plug sockets in the room, comfortable bed for a good night's rest and a powerful hairdryer for when you're in a hurry! This place had all that and loads more, including great location, tasty food downstairs and exercise options (I just borrowed a yoga mat but they also have a good gym). I loved the atmosphere and the staff were brilliant. Will stay again any time I'm in Glasgow.

Central for my needs, staff were super helpful (esp Irish girl on my check out. Really great sized room with cool view (if I were taller). Foyer is always nice to hand out in and you feel safe at all hours. I love the zenology toiletries (tho I couldn’t get the soap top to pop up in the shower so had to unscrew it)

I’d no milk cartons in my Room and I couldn’t get rh heating to come on at night so ended up freezing. Eventually got it to come on but had to put it up to 27 degrees which was odd. My 15% off code also hadn’t worked when I tried to use it for this booking but I was given another one today again. Also my room was very bare, no books etc that I’ve had in previous rooms and coffee was all decaf :/ There was also an even on in the auditorium and you could hear it in the foyer so maybe better sound proofing needed as I’m sure there was swearing at one point on whatever it was
