Very spacious room; much more so than a typical hotel room, with a seating area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. Really excellent at the price. Location in the city was very good: close to main railway stations and on bus routes. Very friendly staff member in charge of the breakfast room. Breakfast food and drink selection was relatively modest but adequate. The reception desk staff member was helpful in changing our room (see below).

Our first two nights were seriously spoiled by the noise from the bar below the hotel. There was loud music and loud voices until 3.30 am, and my wife couldn't sleep. We were able to move to a quieter room, but anyone booking to stay in this hotel should ask for a room overlooking the car park at the rear.

The room is really good, actually, outstanding 51 square meters with great space for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen plus living room. The location is the great point, becasue you can walk up to the closer attractions and also take subway (2 stations to be selected) to other part of Glasgow and also two trains stations to go to other Scotland cities.

Just two days were used to clean the flat during these 14 days. And also some noise, because the wooden roof I supposed. But, the worst and unpleasant situation for me happened when I asked for late check-out (and I am talking about just one hour late!!!) and the lady at the reception replied me it must be charged 25 pounds;hour...Gee, after to staying 14 days there Fraser will charge me 25 pounds por just one hour...that is ridiculous!!!

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very professional. The breakfast was not fancy but very adequate with a lot of choices. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable with a lot of great pillows. The location was very good to the train and bus locations. There a lot of pubs and very good restaurants just outside the main door.

Unfortunately the unit we had was directly above local bars so there was some noise late at night and into the early morning. It was not horrible but did wake us up. The other problem that was glaring was that the beautifully remodeled bathroom toilet would never flush well, needing 3 to 4 flushes sometimes to get even the toilet paper down! This was not a problem with too much in the toilet but a design flaw with the toilet. Such a shame as the bathroom was beautiful.

We felt like royalty at Fraser suites Glasgow - the hotel was amazing value for money and the feeling when we opened the door to our room was unlike that of any hotel we'd been in before! We bought the optional Romantic hamper as this was the trip I decided I'd be proposing to my Fiancée on, and that really added to the atmosphere when we entered the room. The staff were so helpful and nice and you feel like you got to know them as your stay goes on. Really recommend this place and we will definitely be back! They had a number of really good additions, such as the uber concierge, umbrella rent station and free laundry facilities which really were the cherry on the cake.

We couldn't get the phone casting to work on the TV throughout our stay but I didn't bother asking the staff who I'm sure would've been willing to help. The huge height of the room meant it felt somewhat dull even with all the lights and lamps on - some white lights somewhere in the room might improve it :)

That it is centrally located. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a good size and well appointed.

Building is old. Noise from guests walking on floor above. Creaky floors. Some windows are not sealing very well, so noise is not blocked out. Lot of noise from the street when staying in a front room. Back rooms facing garage are a bit quieter, but noise from air conditioners and emptying of recycle bottles are a nuisance. I have been using Fraser Suites for more than 35 years. I asked for an extra hour checkout but was told it would cost me an extra £25. I can understand if the place was busy but that time of year it wasn’t. Very disappointed ☹️

The apartment itself was lovely - 2 bed apartment fully self service which is what we needed and wanted. The shower is absolutely amazing! I could have stayed in it for the weekend! Our fridge broke and it was fixed immediately - great service and very friendly staff. The chocolate spanners were a great add on from the maintenance team! Location was unbelievable for either shopping or food and drinks. Our room was ready before check in time - another bonus! We all said 10/10 for location and value for money! It was ideal.

When the above apartment walked around in the early morning the ceiling was extremely creaky that it actually woke us up. It wasn’t a major issue either but that’s the only thing I didn’t like.

It's in a good location with lots of places to eat and supermarkets nearby. Plus, the bus stop to the main museum is just a minute walk away. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a some issues with casting my media to the TV, but I called the front desk, and they picked up right away and sorted it out. I even scored a room upgrade, which I was super grateful for! The room was huge, with high ceilings that made it feel spacious and elegant, almost like a manor. There were plenty of power outlets scattered throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge my devices whilst conveniently still able to use them. I loved the living space and all the amenities they provided, it really did feel like home which was a plus. The room didn’t have AC, but it had electric radiators that kept things nice and toasty.. so much so that a blanket became optional!

My only gripe was on the second day I could hear some noise outside (drunks singing/ cheering) in the evening. While it didn’t really affect my sleep since I slept a bit late that day, it was a little annoying. That said, I was still able to sleep peacefully for the three nights I stayed, and honestly, it was probably the best sleep I’ve had this year!

Everything was excellent. The towels were large and fluffy, and there was a radiator in the bathroom so they were always warm. Despite the very cold weather outside, the suite was pleasantly warm. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room. The kitchen area was well equipped for two people, and we used and appreciated the fridge, the hob, the microwave, the kettle and the toaster. The water was lovely and hot for showering and washing up, and there was a non-slip bathmat for the shower. There was a TV in the living room and the bedroom. The settee was comfortable, and there were handy occasional tables. There were large, well-lined bins for our rubbish, including re-cycling options. The WIFI was good, and we were able to cast to the TV. The location was very central, and we could walk to the Cathedral area, and to George Square to get the Subway. There were many good restaurants and bars close by. The discount for the Q-park next door was welcome, and we just left the car there during our stay and used public transport.

The only minor niggle was the absence of sockets by the bed for charging our phones overnight. I pulled the bedside table out to find a socket, and there was one on the wall which was accessible with a long charging lead at the other side of the bed, so we managed.

Clean, modern apartment, we only stayed one night, but it was well set up for a longer stay. Nice bathtub/shower combo. Worked well for our family of 4 with 2 teens who don’t like to share beds. Our unit came with snacks and sodas, a nice touch. We paid for the included breakfast and it was a good continental buffet with nice pastries and plenty of options.

No fault of the hotel- If you have a car just FYI- We arrived late and so were able to park on the street out front for free overnight, but starting at 8am needed to pay for the street parking with an app that wasn’t set up to work with foreign phone numbers. Probably would have made more sense to just use the paid lot next door, the front desk will give you a discount code for that lot.

The location was superb, above Maggie Mays and central to the Merchant City. The apartment was big, clean and more than adequate for our overnight stay. I think this would also be really suitable for a few nights if required. Check in was quick and easy, staff very pleasant.

The noise, we were in a room overlooking the main road and at 2.30 we could hear people shouting and screaming, emergency vehicles flying by and people fighting. This did wake me but as we were there only one night it wasnt too much of an issue but I think this would depend on why you were booking it, and also depend on each individual person/couple/groups expectations.
