Very good breakfast with a large selection; there were six types of milk alone. I'd say there's something for everyone. It would have been advisable to book dinner, as prices are sometimes very expensive outside. The location was very good; you can get to the action and/or the beach in 5 minutes.

The free parking wasn't so great, as I sometimes had to drive in circles for 30 minutes to find a parking space. Depending on the time of year and time of day, I wouldn't recommend it. The air conditioning in the room rattled endlessly on level 3. These are the air conditioning units integrated into the ceiling. The fix was to set the air conditioning to level 2. But it did cool well, although it must be said that the rooms generally maintained a good temperature.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with lots to choose from including gluten free options. Perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach and port where there are loads of restaurants and bars, 20 minutes from the old town, and right next to a supermarket. Nice, clean pool area with food and drinks available. Big, free car park just opposite.

Poor wifi, I was not able to connect. The rooms are very noisy- there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, the corridor, the street, live music from the bar downstairs.

I booked here mainly for the local, plentiful free parking for my hire car and to provide a base for my daily exploring drives around the north of the island. The Adults Only badging was attractive because it promised peace and quiet, which is what I found. There was no 'bombing' in the swimming pool nor 'entertainment time' for kiddies. Breakast and Dinner buffets were excellent. Room facilities very good. No balcony, but I didn't plan to spend much time in my room. Staff helpful, English-speaking like most people in shops and bars in Mallorca although I'm comfortable with Spanish. Beach and restaurants a short walk away. I would stay there again.

Really tasty breakfast and dinner.

I had an unpleasant conversation with the facility manager, while leaving the restaurant with a small sweet roll in my hand, which is not allowed. She informed me that I could not take anything out of the restaurant, I understood that. My mistake because I didn’t notice this information and I saw that the others were taking fruit etc. with them, which the manger commented that „people are like children, you don’t have to be one of them” which is out of place and disrespectful. You can reprimend someone but you can do it culturally. I would advise the lady to treat guests with more respect. Very disappointing behavior.

Really lovely hotel, nice sized room with fridge and large wardrobe with good size balcony. The hotel is in a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and bus to palma or airport is only an hour. Right next to shops and everything you need! We did a hike up to the Talaia d’alcudia and you can walk directly from the hotel or get a short taxi.

The hotel has spa facilities but when we went down none of the facilities were on. Cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna not on :( unfortunate but didn’t ruin our stay

We liked the location, the pool and the breakfast. We also enjoyed the Prosecco on arrival. Reception staff were very pleasant.

We didn’t like how many of the sun loungers were reserved each morning without anyone lying on them for most of the day. We bought beers and cocktails by the pool most days and there was quite slow service at the bar and we were also told not to consume our own crisps while the waitress could clearly see that we had been buying lots of drink at the bar. The cutlery at the breakfast in the mornings also needed restocking as most people would steal knives and forks from other tables. No bottled water in the room on arrival.

The food is good, both for breakfast and the dinner. Definitely worth the price. The swimming pool is great, clean and big. There are events every night by the pool, either live music or DJ so that is a plus. There is happy hour at the bar, which is great. Hotel location is very good, not too far from the beach, but far enough from busy nightlife streets so the noise does not reach the rooms.

The door to the room is very thin, you can hear everything from the corridor, which for light sleepers like me means I had to use earplugs. The thermostat in the room occasionally makes weird noise. The door in the bathroom was not exactly well isolated so the sound from the street was leaking through (though the windows in the room were excellent in noise isolation).

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Puerto de Alcudia's main public parking lot, which is free of charge. It's not luxurious but everything is clean and decent. Our twin room had pool view and a small balcony, so it was pretty quiet. Breakfast buffet was quite diverse, definitely more diversified than in the 4* hotel we booked in Palma de Mallorca. Pool area is generous but we didn't spend any time there, preferred to explore the Northern part of the island instead.

There was nothing particularly annoying with this hotel.

Overall the hotel is well maintained with some nice paintings inside, I liked the interior, in close reach to the beach and supermarket nearby. The staff at the reception is responsive and supportive. The breakfast is great with various options and local food. The bed is comfy with many pillows.

I had 234 room with a main road view, and it was very very noisy even with earplugs. I woke up several times due to nose out of the street. You could ask for a room with inside/pool view, this might help.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and informative, and the rooms were spacious with quite a lot of storage space.

The air conditioning wasn’t performing that well, when it was 36 degrees outside it only cooled the room down to about 30 degrees which made sleeping a bit difficult, also our room was only cleaned once in our 5 day stay. The bed was comfy however instead of a duvet or some summer blanket we only gotten a bed cover thing.
