Perfect guesthouse, touch of "real" one, with home made food, far away from civilization. Great and welcoming service and surrounding. Good for big companies and families alike.

There is no wifi and TV. As for us - that's perfect, we did not look for it. But for those who do expect it - keep in mind.

The property was easy to find. There were a lot of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The host were very helpful, friendly and engaging. The meals were very good.

The place, the atmosphere are gorgeous. The chalet is located on a mountainside, in a peaceful spot with an extraordinary panorama. The lady who runs the guest house is extremely kind. The room we had was very comfortable, very clean and had been recently renovated.

Quirky family-run place; ideal if you don't like chain hotels. Great views over the valley. Nice grounds to walk around.

Hard to find. The first try with the satnav took us somewhere 10km distant. Second try more successful - might have been challenging in winter! Why not use What3words app if the address is potentially confusing?

We stayed here for one night after a long day hiking in the surrounding area. The guesthouse is beautiful, cosy, historic and with a cabin-esque vibe. The rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable with a lovely view out to the surrounding mountains/river. The dining room is spacious and nicely decorated, and also with panoramic views. There is also a super cute lounge area and a beautiful garden to relax in. The surrounding area is very beautiful and quiet. Both dinner and breakfast are very nice. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed chatting to, and getting to know, our host over dinner. This is really just a piece of Norwegian paradise. Highly recommended!

Due to weather issues we were super late. We arrived at 1:40am and a small cute message with all important information and the key was waiting for us. During the trip we weren't sure even if we would be able to reach the hotel at all but someone from the hotel was always in touch.

The surrounding farms are pretty close, which is a bit unfortunate for the views and the silence

Owners were so lovely and friendly, they really care about the place and visitors :) The view from the place was very beautiful!

The atmosphere, the sympathy of the hosts and the food. Also that they offered to mind the dog while we went skiing was really appreciated
