This place is so run down. I checked in and the first room they sent me to was either still dirty or still occupied. TV blasting and bed looked still stayed in. Trash everywhere. Closed the door and asked for a different room. Second room, down a very dark hallway. No internet, tv don’t work, poo in the toilet. I left and went elsewhere. Doesn’t feel safe and the grounds are overgrown with weeds and trash all over the parking lot.

We arrived early for check in and the room wasnt ready. Reception checked us in and we went for a walk around town. Fab icecream shop and local museum. On our return, still early, the room was being cleaned so we were offered a lovely cup of tea and receptionist gave us local info whilst we used the wifi and relaxed. As soon as the room was ready we got access. Lovely little cabin, biju bathroom, and everything we needed. As we left reception we were given 2 comp breakfast tickets to thank us for waiting... so sweet we really didnt mind the wait since we were early anyway. Brilliant nights sleep on great bed. Now off for breakfast! Only regret the pool is not open for the season until next week.

This is a beautiful historic lodge right in the middle of Kanab and this was my second time staying here. The beds are really comfortable and for 2 king beds, the value is amazing. Decor and overall furnishings show some age but considering the history of the place, it's part of the charm. Everything is clean and the room's are fairly sound proofed compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The fire pits at night are fun as well as the old western shown in the barn. The breakfast buffet is a great price for everything on offer. I would definitely stay again and again.

Large room in the two-story wing. No view, but central in the town. Great pool (that Frank Sinatra bought!) and lots of hiostry and photos for Country & Western film buffs. A lovely old barn on the property showing old movies and historical information AND POPCORN. Excellent buffet breakfast for guests (for $8!) in a big bright beautiful dining room. Easy to walk around the small town. Used it as a stopping point to visit Zion National Park (30 minutes away).

It's an older hotel but we love that so nothing comes to mind.

They said they have a Patio, but it is just one chair that sits outside by the door, please change the description about the room having a patio, It's Not... The tub is a cover Over the older tub, it's doesn't feel solid when standing in it... makes lots of noise when standing in it.. kinda scary, feels like you're gonna fall through the tub.. The floors in the room flex very much when walking on them.. An older motel that needs a true facelift, Furniture is old and Worn.. Wanted to leave after 3 days and told there's No refunds without a 72 hour notice, please use caution when booking here.. Just reporting the facts about our room #181

A charming historic place with a bit more character than most big chain hotels. The room was clean and comfortable. There was ample parking, with spots right outside each room. The staff were friendly. A breakfast buffet was available for an extra fee ($8.76 per person, with tax), which was good and included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, danishes, fruit, and cereals. It was a convenient location to stop for the night on the way from Zion to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

The beds were creaky getting in and out of them, but perfectly fine for sleeping.

The location was excellent- close to so many places to visit. Don’t miss the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Pleasant walkable town, with good restaurants & shops. The property was spotless & the rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed learning about all the movies made in the area & all the stars who stayed there. Wish we had time to watch the movies they played in the barn every night. We did watch the documentary about the history of the Lodge.

The breakfast was ok & reasonably priced. There could have been more variety for those who stayed for several days.

Absolutely loved the place. its full of history and nostalgia and has managed to retain its authenticity while providing all modern conveniences. The beds are super comfortable and everything about the place is relaxed. the location is town centre close to restaurants and stores but is really quiet and peaceful. They provide a lovely breakfast at a very reasonable rate for guests.

Maybe an upgrade to smart TV s for access to streaming services. But really cannot fault.

This is a delightfully clean and comfortable motel with a historic Hollywood twist. They have a very friendly and proactive staff that ensured easy access to our room, fairly late at night after a long drive. The AC was on when we arrived, and the room was cool, very clean with comfortable beds. There is a nice pool and lounging area next to the restaurant, and they serve an excellent breakfast in the mornings at a very reasonable price, that is far better than ANY included hotel breakfast I've ever had. This was a surprisingly great place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

Nothing to note. A great place to stay that's a step above the standard cookie-cutter hotel chains.

Loved the location and the breakfast buffet was awesome, and good value. The pool was heated and we loved the outdoor fireplace to enjoy at night. It has a lot of history with famous people staying there. This place is central to many activities. Hoping to return to visit more parks.

Housekeeping was a little slack, when we first entered the room, there were about 4 squares of toilet paper on each roll and no back up. We also had to ask for more coffee. But no big deal.
