This place was the best place we had in our two weeks road trip around the southwest. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need or want, including dishes, knifes and even a scissor. We were very impressed! We loved staying there, the bed was so comfortable and we loved having everything within walking distance. The Soda fountain restaurant across the street was an awesome spot to eat and find a couple souvenirs.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location, good room and facilities, lovely and clean, air-conditioning. Lovely bathroom with plenty of towels. Liked that my room was refreshed often too. Also had laundry room, patio areas and fire pit. Lovely people who own the property, really friendly and caring.

Would have liked a kettle in my room to be able to make tea. Coffee maker not suitable for tea or herbal tea making and I don't drink much coffee. Had to heat water in microwave but not as good as kettle. Also would have preferred to be able to open window a little to let air in.

We've stayed at the Suites before and decided it was our best option for another visit to Kanab due to the location, reasonable price and high level of comfort and cleanliness. The Suites are located close to shops and restaurants, with a small but functional kitchen area, very comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. We had everything we needed for a three night stay and slept very well. Thank you!

Nothing could have been better for us.

It was a good location...quick drive to Zion & Bryce Canyon. The small kitchen allowed us to prep breakfast & lunches for our hiking days. Having free laundry available also helped as we were at the midpoint of our long road trip. It's cute & cozy in here, thankful for the AC!

Lets be honest...pulling into the parking lot, we had doubts...but that's all. No appeal outdoors, but the room fit our needs. We were traveling with teens...a pool is high on the request list.

The unit was extremely clean and quiet, with modern and fresh decor. The beds were also very comfortable and there was a free guest laundry. It's situated in a convenient location for the centre of Kanab where there are stores and restaurants. This suite is a self-catering unit so I didn't meet the owners or cleaners, and we made our own breakfasts. A great stay, in a scenic part of Utah, and a wonderful base from which to hike the many local trails.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Hosts answer back immediately. Entry was easy. It came fully equipped with dish soap, dishes, pots pans, toaster, coffee maker. Huge plus was laundry facility for free. Traveling for a week with a family of four and only doing carry on luggage meant we had to do laundry at some point. This was a huge plus. Tons to do in kanab, walking distance to restaurants and town. Loved all the labels. Really appreciated a well organized clean place to stay w all the amenities.

Our room was large, clean and had modern decoration. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need apart from a kettle (I'm a tea drinker) the coffee machine may have met my needs for boiling water but I didn't know how to use it. The bed was huge and comfortable! Shower was lovely and large TV to watch. Communication with the hosts was all online but we received all of the information we required. We had a great stay in Kanab!

No negatives to be found staying at Kanab suites.

This place is great! My wife has dietary restrictions, so we really prefer to stay somewhere with food prep options. It was a good size, and they provided an extra roll-out bed so that our kids didn't have to share a bed. This made for a much more harmonious stay. It was easy and convenient and perfect for us. We also found that light and sound were well controlled which was a huge plus for our family that has a hard time sleeping in strange places.

The stove top controls were malfunctioning so it was hard to tell what level the heating element was at.

There was no breakfast served at Kanab Suites. We walked to all breakfast locations during our stay. Very easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops, including the coffee stand right next door.

This is something that is hard to change - the room is one giant room without a sense of a "nook" where friends can have a bit of private space - could be done with a sofa or chair and lamp but again, for others who need all the space, there is plenty of it.

Clean. You can tell this is owned and operated by a couple perhaps? That’s knows the value of hospitality. Cozy. Comfortable. Very clean.

Only recommendation would be to fix the shower head in room 5 (it won’t stay fixed up, it slowly angles down
