When I booked this place, I had NO idea what I was booking. If you are an animal lover, this place is FANTASTIC! The room was equipped with everything you need for your pups! Dog bowls, a cute little pawprint sticker on the toilet paper roll (yes, that made me smile)! They have a pull-out dog bed at the foot of the bed and provided awesome treats for the boys (puppies) upon arrival. The Mercantile is amazing and all profits go back into the animal sanctuary operation! If you are looking for a place to cater to your animals, look no further, you will LOVE it! The dog park area is super cool, and they also have a doggie spa area so you could bathe your puppers too! I was so taken with this place that I am hopeful to go back and volunteer at the Animal Sanctuary!

The only thing I didn't like is that my stay was too quick! We were only there for 1 night as we were just passing through town and didn't have a lot of time to dilly dally!

This place was the most dog inclusive facility I’ve ever been to. It’s been a real struggle to find accommodations that did not charge an arm and a leg, that was clean, comfortable and quiet & smoke free. I was initially skeptical how close the rooms were to each other, but you couldn’t hear the person in the next room and that’s real important when you have a reactive dog. My dog settled easily in the room, even when I had to step out. The location was nearby a lot of hiking trails & the people were friendly and very helpful.

The price was definitely high, it would have been nice to have a microwave to heat up food(not a deal breaker) & breakfast options.

Beautifully renovated. The rooms were so nice and the bed was super comfortable. The grounds are also very beautiful. We did not have our dogs on this trip, but we can’t wait to bring them here. We want to do a doggie road trip just to come here and stay. SUPER IMPORTANT: if you do not have a dog, you can borrow a shelter dog from Best Friend’s Animal Shelter down the road to take them on a sleepover for the night which I think is the cutest thing ever. We definitely wanna do this sometime as well!!!!!

Great rooms and especially wonderful if you’re bringing your dog as it has all kinds of amenities that accommodate your pup. Quiet, clean, modern, dog friendly, great location.

Breakfast included in stay could be improved. Instant oatmeal in a bag and with hot water was a bit of a let down. As a wine drinker, I wish room would have had actual glasses rather than only paper cups.

All staff was super pleasant and excited to greet my pet and I. About an hour from GC north rim, Zion, and Bryce so very central if you’re looking to spend some time outside in wonder. Room was beautiful.

I think someone might have gone to the dunes that had my room before because there was sand all over the floor. It was kind of funny because the staff told me that the floors might still be wet so I think they couldn’t tell. I didn’t complain, just wore socks, because I knew my pet would bring sand/dirt in too eventually.

The staff there was great. Got some good tips for activities around the area. I’m not a dog owner. I don’t mind dogs , it’s the owners that bother me. some leave their dogs, in the room, whining while their owners go someplace🙄

Amazing pet friendly room. The entryway with a slotted door was awesome to keep cats/dogs from darting out. The dog bed was a nice touch, though a bit too small for our dog. The cats enjoyed the scratching post and tree. Room was overall great.

Our check in lady was a bit grumpy with us, especially having booked through booking.com. They'd prefer you to book via their website I guess as you can't specify pet #s and types. The vegan breakfast was not at all filling, and a menu would be helpful so the person at the counter didn't have to always rattle things off. One thing that'd be nicer would be a place for a litter box that can't be reached by dog, and a broom/dustpan to be able to clean up litter.

Perfect breakfast for us. Guitar musician concert outside on Saturday evening was very nice and chairs were provided, Took the tour of the Best Friends Sanctuary which was great and had a lovely vegan lunch at Angel's Village Cafe (included with our stay at the Roadhouse).

Great, modern room layout and good bed and, of course, the most dog-friendly hotel on the planet! Beautiful grounds and a dog play area. Good, free vegan breakfast, much better than typical chain hotels. Great coffee. Staff was professional and very accommodating. First-rate hotel.

Very well thought out facility with everything we needed for our dog and more! friendly staff, cute shop, lovely room decor, and dog park/spa was a nice bonus.

Being on the bottom floor, we could hear loud footsteps until around midnight. There was a set of ear plugs left by the facility which came in handy, wish we would have brought a second pair.
