I really appreciated Cathy, she is a gem. After we left check in she walked to.our room to give us our treat bag with waters. She asked us about our adventures and was extremely helpful in every way when we asked questions! In short, Cathy is the best. I wish all front desks had a Cathy. I also really liked that everything worked; the lights, the iron,etc.

The only issue was loud running across the floor above us. It was no big deal except we were getting up early. However, it did stop at 10pm I am pretty sure it was small kids doing the running and not sure there is much you can do about parents allowing this.

We had a second floor room but had help getting the cases up the stairs which was a bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful as was the woman keeping the breakfast room clean and tidy while ensuring that all item were kept fully stocked. Complimentary breakfast is always welcome! Plenty of free parking even when the hotel is full. Stayd here before but just for one night so this time we took the opportunity to stay longer and visit some of the area such as Pipe Spring NM and Grand Canyon North Rim. Will certainly stay again when in the area.

Everything. Staff friendly. Room was comfortable with a small fridge to keep your drinks or food fresh especially in hot sezson. The walking shower worked well. The hotel has a hot tub outside but didn't use it as it was cold outside yesterday . If I had stayed longer I would have use it. They also have ice machine for guests and water provided too. Good breakfast (self service) with a lot of choices

Just a shame that they don't have a restaurant in the hotel but the 2 restaurants in town are good and easy walking distance.

What a surprise we had with the hotel and the town itself!! We travelled from Zion to Page and this was just a midway stop but we left very pleased. The Manager upgraded our room with no extra charge, and there was breakfast included as well. The location is perfect, near everything. Kanab is my favourite town from now on, just amazing!! I really hope to return there one day and would definitely stay in the same hotel!

You didn't have a microwave. This is the only property. I've stayed at in years of traveling that didn't and I needed to make some food in the room and couldn't. Because of that, I don't think I would stay at a best western property again

Lovely motel with hot tub and pool. Super nice and helpful staff at the front desk. Spacious rooms and good laundry facilities. The breakfast was ok with good choices. A great place to stay and very budget friendly. Good restaurants in walkable distance :-)

The was absolutely no room service during our 3 day stay. Not even the rubbish was taken out :-(

The room was big enough for the 4 of us. Enough space for all the cars in the free parking space. Kanab is a small nice village, around 1 hour drive in average to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Zion, that we visited. For me, its location is a 10.

The room has carpet, what I find bad for cleanless, and is outdated, looks old, needs some more modern touch. The breakfast wasn't enough "natural", too processed. Plates and dishes only for 1 use, not proper ones. Even in the US I was expecting something better in such a small village. The air condition in the breakfast was put at a too low temperature making it unconfortable.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was good and the breakfast was very good, the yoghourt fantastic.

The rooms are nice and big, great bathroom, only the floor in our room was not even in my side of the bed, the one on the wall side and I had the impression it would break, the premises are getting aged ?

Great staff, very clean room, breakfast was good - enough seatings, wide offer, nice swimming pool, safe place for the stay with family, great entrance point toward Zion and Bryce canyon.

Laundry was not that clean as I would expect, but still fine to have the possibility of washing.

Location was perfect, easy commute to Natl Parks and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Walkable to wonderful restaurants Rockin V and Peekaboo, both practically next door. Standard hotel breakfast fare and large breakfast room so not crowded. Adorable game room we didn’t get a chance to use, but great for families.
