Location and price are great. Free breakfast was convenient. Food were freshly cooked. Variety of choices. Kitchen staff were attentive and nice. Rooms were comfortable,clean and spacious.

The receptionist answers calls while accommodating guests who are checking in. That's impolite and unprofessional in my book. You cater to the guests who are in front of you first, not someone on the phone who is inquiring or deciding to book or not. Annoying that they made us wait while they spoke on the phone. Probably consider this fact - guests who are checking in have been traveling all day, and they are tired and hungry, so the best you can do is get them their room so they can get settled.

Breakfast - not particularly great. Coffee was weak. Why the need for disposalable plates and plastic cutlery in today’s modern age is sad to see. Only saving grace was the waffle maker!

We had an amazing stay here in Kanab. The front desk was very professional, warm, and greeting. Our room was so comfortable and very clean!! We had been on a week long road trip and this was the best place we had stayed in by far. The beds were clean and comfortable and stocked with extra blankets. The room amenities and wifi all were excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. All of this and it was an EXCELLENT value! 10/10 I hope they keep the great quality and reasonable prices. We loved our stay and will make an effort to come back at some point in the future.

The rooms very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

When I checked in, the male receptionist was not friendly. He never smiled and displayed frustration. He did get the three rooms I had reserved close together. He gave me the room keys, never smiling, more as if bothered. I did notice that he greeted the next guest, very differently. He was courteous and smiled and joked with him. Having observed this is why I noted the lack of courtesy towards me. The difference in treatment is the reason I noted this discourtesy. The other customer was a white male that possibly had been there before, and I, an older hispanic female, was a 1st time customer. It is important that a front desk receptionist make every paying customer feel welcomed.

Awesome stay! Easy check in and out. Clean rooms throughout with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great in a clean area that they kept restocked nicely. We enjoyed waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt etc before adventuring. Walkable to nearby shops, restaurants and ice cream located on a dreamy Main Street that is central for many different attractions in all directions. We would happily stay here again!

Great pool for the kids and clean rooms and facility. Inviting little town w/ walkable restaurants.

Need a coin machine in Laundry room. I don’t usually do laundry but in long hiking trip w/ fam needed to. Front desk didn’t have change. Waited an hour for them to get change before I walked to nearby business to find change. Walked to next door drug store and they said they would give me change even though they weren’t supposed to b/ c everyone comes over from Comfort Suites and wipes them out of change. Must be common occurrence.

I loved that the breakfast wasn't all carbs. It was truly a hot meal. The room was more spacious than I expected. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The staff in the breakfast area was exceptional. I didn't catch her name, but she was very attentive to every aspect of the guests' needs. :)

The toaster didn't work for some reason. That was a bummer but I didn't care enough about that to have it ruin my day. LOL. The walls are thin, but they are at all hotels, I think, so it's to be expected. Again, wasn't a big enough deal to "ruin" my stay.

I was very glad they were pretty friendly. My pet sitter had to cancel last minute and we had to bring my two dogs along. The pet fee was a little high ($20/pet/night) but not bad and it was comforting to know they were not going to have to be boarded at a kennel that would be far more expensive. The facilities were great (exercise room, laundry, etc.) and had a good selection for breakfast. The lemon water available 24/7 was a nice touch. The value was great, especially since the reason for our travel was sudden.

The waffles were fun but the eggs were just "meh." The provision of doggy-doo bags was great but one of the dispensers was broken. Nothing major was wrong. (I wasn't in the best place for enjoyment.)

Didn't look like much from the outside but the room was all redone in the rooms and very clean. Could have had a bigger tv, but I understand that people don't go to Moab to watch tv. There's a walking park right next to the hotel that was fun especially with a dog. You check in with a keios which was painless they were very friendly and helpful so never seen any staff.I recommend this hotel, can't beat the price.

I like to watch tv to unwind at night, so I thought the tv could have been bigger otherwise We enjoy the stay.

The location was very good (between Grand, Bryce, and Zion Canyon), room was clean and housekeeper kept maintaining the room well. Also, I would say breakfast was not the best, but good enough to provide us energy. We have not used pool or fitness room, so we have nothing to talk about it. So far, Comfort Suite is best place that I have been staying with my family in U.S. and we would consider coming back this place if we have to come Kanab in the future.

There is nothing we did not like about the place. If there need a little more improvement, that would be a wifi speed (wifi was easy to connect, and it was not slow, but we wished it was little bit faster).
