Good sized room in older style but clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of coffee.

Some of fixtures and fittings could do with some TLC

I liked the breakfast, the personnel, the huge room. I had everything I needed.

I did not understand why people complaint so much about this place. I liked it! It is not a new motel obviously but it has everything you need. And if they run out of stuff during breakfast you can just ask for more.

The establishment was much better than its 6.6 average credit score. The room was large and quiet and very well appointed. The breakfast was copious and better than a mere continental one. When my credit card was declined because of a technical glitch, the desk attendant, Ms. Heena, went on a limb for us and gave us the use of the room while she tried to solve the problem. Any employer should be proud to have her in their service as she is so helpful to and sympatheric with her guests. As we had asked for a quiet room on the first floor she even gave us a free upgrade with a king room close to a parking spot. So I would rate this motel top of its class and again would like to express my very sincere thanks to Ms. Heena for her actions over and beyond.

I really don't see what I didn't like there.

The room was large and very well laid out! It was clean and quiet. The price was unbeatable!

We stayed 5 days and the room was not serviced during that entire time, which was okay with me. BUT, I had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. If a customer is going to stay more than 3 days, someone should come in and see if there is enough shampoo, etc. But it was off season and a holiday week, so I overlooked those little issues. If the room is not going to be serviced, there needs to be a posted method for getting rid of the pile of dirty towels.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveler it was very nice and made me feel safe right away. The location is great, you can easily walk to grab food. The only negative was the breakfast area opening at 7. I was there for work and had to leave by 7, however, I had my own food and the area was open a little earlier and they allowed me to use the toaster and grab coffee which I appreciated.

We had to change our room as there were some plumbing issues with the first room. The first room seemed half empty, but the second room was really nice. The room size is really good and well laid out. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Location was excellent too! Very good value for money, I would stay again if I visited Kanab again!

Would like to see some healthier options on the breakfast bar. The eggs were barely eggs and there was no meat protein, only hash browns. There should also be bread products other than "white" .. white bread, white bagels, white muffins only. You should offer options that are whole wheat or whole grain.

Clean and comfortable nights rest for a quick stop while passing through town exploring Zion or local parks. Cheap and convenient to all the local hiking etc that the area has to offer. Included a very well stocked breakfast, with eggs/protein, cereal, waffle maker, etc. Free easy parking. Good value and location.

Definitely an older / outdated hotel but no issues with that. Still a good value.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was pretty quiet and peaceful overall. Liked having access to luggage cart. That really helped us carry stuff in. Having the breakfast available was nice but we didn't use it.

There was a bit of noise from rowdy kids above, but we don't attribute that to the hotel. We did not try to breakfast to make an assessment on that. Photos showed tub a bit bigger than it actually was and that was a bit disappointing as I booked for that reason because my partner loves bathes.

Price and location. Staff great, especially breakfast server:)

Looks like they are remodeling. At ck out there was an overflowing trash can out front with trash set on the ground too. I think they are short staffed and doing their best.Breakfast offerings were minimal on some days, but last day they did add eggs.
