Location was terrific for our visit, was within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see and do. Air conditioner was excellent as far as keeping the room cool. Most hotel AC units do not do not work as well as this did. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful, replacing light bulb and letting us use iron and ironing board. Overall, I think it was a good value and would stay there again!!

Drawer in kitchen was broken and carpets could have been cleaner. For a non-smoking hotel, the hallways sure smelled like smoke!!!

I like that it has a stove and you can cook your own meals

Doesn't seem like the rooms are cleaned very well. I found stuff behind the nightstands that weren't ours. The staff weren't up at the deck. You always have to call them. Sometimes, they don't answer at all.

The front desk clerk, CC, was very cheerful and helpful during check in and throughout our stay. Evey hotel should be so lucky to have an employee like her!

One of the back doors doesn't work well with the key card.

The staff was very nice especially the night staff very helpful kind and considerate to the needs of the guest

The day staff were a little rude

liked the kitchenette, the hotel was pretty full yet very quiet no noise was heard while I was in my room through walls, and the doors shut quietly unlike most hotel doors that slam shut. staff was nice. lots of tv channels

had to evacuate the building because the fire alarms went off. none of the staff was anywhere to be found it was cold and nobody let us know what was going.

The staff was very friendly. The room was cozy. The area was safe and close to lots of businesses.

The rooms could use some updating but a very good value as is.

Front door locked/front desk unattended on arrival despite arrival time listed at time of reservation. Location was a little remote in an industrial area. NO breakfast. Hard to turn around a car with a trailer in parking area. People wandering the parking area at midnight.

Front desk staff was excellent, responsive, and informative.

No phone or TV remote in room. Apparently guests have been running off with things.
