For a last minute booking, I was really surprised at how affordable the prices were at the time. Which was an absolute beauty! Upon arrival, check in was such a fast and easy process. The resort itself is nice and quiet, location was really convenient for the purpose of my trip. The views surrounding the resort were breathtaking! The staff were friendly, easy going and helped in every way possible. I stayed in a three bedroom apartment, for three nights. From the rooms, to the kitchen to the bathroom it was all beautiful. The kitchen had the essentials, the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were a decent size. I had no problems, definitely would book to stay again!

Great location, facility and friendly staff.

The cabin was the only let down. It is worn out and could use a new coat of paint, new decor and general maintenance.

The check-in was super efficient and rooms were ready for us inspite of booking this accomodation at the last min. The rooms in the picture matched with the real place. The apartments were clean, bed were really comfy, enough linen and toiletries. Kitchen, Fridge, TV, central aircon everything worked and had basic amenities as needed for a short stay. The place has a small swimming pool and jacuzzi, which worked fine and the kids loved it. The lawns opened straight into the lake where the sunset was amazing to watch. Inspite of the small-ish building, there were sufficient car parking spot for all hotel rooms. The Manager was very accommodative of our requests and allowed us an extra check-out hour as we had small kids with us. Very happy and definitely a great place to stay overnight at Toukley.

Given that the rooms are super big to maximise comfort, the bathroom of the ensuite was very small and was difficult for ease of use, though the second toilet was pretty spacious.

Clean and cozy room. Easy access to beaches and shops. Clean environment.

The room I got on the ground floor was not quiet due to the cars that parked in front of the door. The kitchenette bathroom was leaking water from under the shower, the water ran into the room (lack of maintenance). I complained and asked to be changed to another room, the concierge complied with our request, but before that he insisted that we were using the shower with the door open, I showed him that this was not the case.

The studio room I stayed in was large, self-contained, air-con, free wi-fi, queen bed, pool, complete private access to waterfront, it was close to shops and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was also given an upgrade and late check-out for for free.

The parking spots are quite narrow so I was unable to park my small SUV outside my room unlike most others however, I could park in the main entrance area which was fine.

Comfortable apartment and ample room to spread out and enjoy the magnificent views. Staff took on board previous feedback from our last visit and address all past issues - thank you!!

A few kitchen tools are lacking: scissors, bread knife, dish towel. Wifi could be improved - hard to do work.

One of the best hotels we have stayed ever, warm welcome, friendly and very helpful manager. We have never seen rooms so clean everything was just perfect. Pool ,Spa and sauna was so relaxing, the free continental breakfast was lovely simple and located at a beautiful spot facing the lake. We will recommend this Resort to our friends and family and will be coming back soon.

The only negative was the toilets they are super clean but a bit small compare to the room.

There was no breakfast for what we booked but everything was good & the staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for you. The view was amazing & plenty of room for us all. We could spread outside on the grass if we wanted to during the day. Enough grassed area to play cricket, ball games etc.

There was not much around the property to see/do but there was plenty to do onsite. You need to drive to get to a shopping centre.

There is a great value for the money. Amazing lake view, well equipped kitchen, hot water with good stream in the shower. We also used the heated pool, sauna and hot tub in the facility which were all great. There was a smell in the first room we were given and the person who placed us there gave us a different room immediately.

It seems like the reception isn't occupied most of the time, there is a number to call to to get someone there if needed though. There is a but stop nearby, but with low frequency and we mostly needed another bus to get to our destination.

The location was central with a beautiful aspect and delightful views across the lake with an abundance of bird life. The breakfast room was a good idea and it was good to chat to other travellers over breakfast. The room was spacious and it was so useful to have a laundry and vending machines for a snack. The wifi worked well.

We noticed that the kitchen back end was a bit disorganised and some of the plates stacked for breakfast were still dirty.
