Room was nice, breakfast was very good, staff was accommodating. We Loved that 5 Guys sandwiches was just across the street! *I feel there should have been more help for the guy who was at the front desk on Saturday morning. That was a busy time. Nice guy, but he could have used some help. I felt bad for him. He handled himself very well! Very professional.

There was no channel guide for the TV. We had to guess at channels. It would be good to have a print out for what the bar downstairs serves, food wise. Guests who don't want to sit in a bar can order and bring it up to the room. Wifi password in the room, maybe even on the same card you leave for guests to tip housekeeping?

So easy to find. GORGEOUS decorating for the holiday, Sooo many sitting areas to visit or play games outside of the room! The staff was so friendly and bubbly💕 The pool was fun along with the hot tub! Close to shopping and lots of food!

Our stay was great , only thing i didn't expect is that with the pool outside being close to some rooms you can here people playing in it. Everyone was respectful and curiosity after 730pm so not a complaint just keep in mind. Such a great family friendly place to stay!

It’s neat that the outdoor and indoor pools connect, but the plastic barrier is dirty.

Staff didn’t seem to be able to keep up with the breakfast demands. Multiple foods empty (potatoes, bagels for example). The indoor pool area felt very unsafe with how wet the floors were, despite the 1 “caution wet floor” sign. The children in the pool were not well supervised by parents and children were over crowding the hot tub too.

Great place for a family reunion! Our group of 20 was there for a week, we all enjoyed being able to meet for breakfast in the morning and to be able to connect during the day in the large dining area. Appreciated that coffee and water were available all day. Our group also enjoyed the pool area. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff was so sweet and helpful. The hot tub and the pool were perfect!! Very spacious!! The Lumber Jack bar was so much fun, and the Bartenders were beyond amazing. We will definitely go back. Also, a great breakfast selection!! Convenient to everything!! A must place go and see is Grandad's lookout!!

The mattresses were a little too soft for our comfort level, but our son loved it.

The kitsch factor was fun and cute, plenty of parking, some fast food options across the street. My room was in the back, so it was very quiet. Everything worked, including the air conditioner and WiFi, the room was comfortable and I slept well, so no complaints.

It may have been because there was some sort of conference going on, but it was a bit pricey for the level of accommodation. Also, I did book it last minute. Food options nearby were limited to fast food or the bar downstairs with a limited menu of mostly bar food

Wonderful, adept, amiable and professional staff. Aptly spacious, immaculately cleaned and quiet room. Unique hotel decor that models a north woods, cabin feel to it (very relaxing). Excellent location with La Crosse River Conservancy Area directly behind it (to the South), within minutes of I-90. (But never was cognizant of any highway noise.) Retail shopping and an eclectic array of dining options are available within minutes of this lodging. I will definitely return here provided the opportunity.

The free breakfast options were basic and reasonable, but the seating was insufficient. I had to share a table with an unknown individual.

Our room was amazing, had everything we needed. We asked to upgrade when we arrived and realized the hot tub was closed for repairs and got a whirlpool room instead at a discount. location was good as we had a car show all weekend at the fairgrounds.

Only complaint was the bar closed early on us Friday night and since we didnt want to drive around looking for other places we had to call it a night.

The amenities and the space of the room. Had handicap accessible rooms ready and available upon request when it didnt show as an option!

Tv could have been bigger and the bed was very bouncy (alittle too much bounce for me), but otherwise it was comfy.

Decor was fun. Room was comfortable, bathroom felt a little crowded. Breakfast area could be bigger, people were sitting everywhere. Location was quiet even though on a busy road. Wanted to walk the marsh trail but too many mosquitoes
