A clean room with a very comfy bed and a large bathroom.

Initially we were told that we can ask for free bottles of water at the reception whenever we want, which was almost always the case. However, last night before checkout at 5am to catch my flight, I asked for a bottle and told by the reception person that there is unfortunately no available bottles at the moment while I was seeing them at the back side of the reception desk. That was an unnecessary move, especially considering it was the middle of night. I could've even paid for the bottle. Anyway, apart from this, everything was okay!

The room was nice and cozy, with a pretty comfortable bed. There was a nice table near the window, there were coat hangers in the wardrobe, and the room was clean and warm. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and they were available 24/7 at the reception desk. There were enough parking spots right in front of the hotel.

The location is not really ideal for the price we paid, but luckily we had a car. We could also hear some noises from the room next to us, but that wasn't a big issue. Finally, the bathroom does not have a drain anywhere besides the shower, so we had some water puddles after the shower.

I enjoyed how modern the decor and design of the hotel is. I was so grateful to have met Tiki on reception and her rapport, friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly cared for! Honestly, she was on top of every request and really takes hospitality to another level! I requested to change rooms and enjoyed my stay within the newly built part of the hotel. Beautiful decor.

It seems to have 2 styles as the initial part of the hotel, the first room I found a little uncomfortable, due to it being positioned facing the car park & a little exposed.

The service was what made my stay. Tiki and Milos were great, super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it. The location is pretty secluded, making it a bit hard to get to any restaurants or stores. There is pizza at the hotel, so that’s an option to eat.

It is very good for its price. I'd like to see AC in the room, but apart from that, all great what you're paying for. Don't need to book car spot, since there is plenty of space to park. Great breakfast!

The host was very welcoming. I liked that he heated our room before we arrived, the bed was very comfortable. He gave us water and some peanuts. He also helped us with directions and offered to call us a taxi in the morning.

Excellent location close to the Brussels International Airport. Rooms were very clean and quiet despite located close to the main road. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet sufficient. Free wifi.

Friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Comfy bed, linens, towels. I needed to be close to the airport. I stayed two nights.

Cheap and cheerful. Didn't love the curtains, but had blinds that you could pull down on the outside. Everything else was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
