Room worked well for me. Kitchen amenities such as a reg refrigerator, cooking stove, some cooking pans, dishes etc. were nice to have available. Basically this was like a one bedroom small apt. To have bit more moving space was nice. Price and location were good. My main connecting road to where I had to go next was in front or me. Made for ease onward. Noise level very low and multiple food choices within walking distance from my room.

It was good for the night I needed to stop for visiting a friend in area close by and then ease of moving on next morning.

The location was very good for my needs as it's only about 5 miles from the airport. My wife was visiting her family overseas and it fit our plans perfectly. The breakfast was surprisingly good with waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, and scrambled eggs available. Also when I was checking ini was told my room was up stairs. I walk with a cane and told the hosr I have trouble with stairs. He looked for a downstairs room but only available was a deluxe with 2 queen beds. He upgraded me at no additional cost. Very good customer service!

Nothing bad to say about my stay.

We always stay at Luxbury when we are in Maryville for events at the The Shed at the local Harley-Davidson dealer. Have never had a problem or complaint. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Facilities are older, but well kept, always super clean. Only complaint was we rented the two-bed suite this time, and there was only one trash can in the unit. One in the kitchen, not one in the bathroom. But that's a first world problem, and almost not worthy of mentioning. The little kitchenette is nice to have, but there isn't much in it, so if you plan on cooking, you'll probably want to bring your stuff.

Beds are not the best, but I've certainly slept on much worse!

Location a little noisy with two drive thru fast food joints next to parking lot. Food was great but limited. The room was excellent and the cleaning was great.

A little noisy for someone who goes to bed early. A few bikers had noisy bikes but the were good people. I never did find an ice machine but fridge had a good freezer so I was able to get a little bit that way.

Good location for us as we had spent the day in Chattanooga and were going into SMNP and then Gatlinburg the following day. Took less than an hour to get to Cades Cove (side note, avoid Cades Cove on a weekend!). Bigger than expected, plenty of room for our family of 3. Liked the separate living and bedroom areas. Was clean, comfy, and quiet. Breakfast was nice with waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fruit,and juice/milk/coffee available. Only a couple of tables in the foyer to eat at but not a big deal because of the dining table in the room. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I was anxious when booking because I know they have a few smoking rooms in the facility and are pet friendly (and my daughter and I are both sensitive), but was happy to find not a trace of either odor. Overall a great place that I would stay at again if in the area .

The only thing I can think of for improvement is that there was no dish soap or paper towels in the kitchen area, so if you're staying for long enough to use the kitchen you'll have to pick these up yourself (but convenient to a Walmart just 7 minutes away).

I don’t like carpet in motels because they track a lot of dirt with different people. I don’t think carpet is good for motels. I also think all mattresses should be encased because you are less likely to have problems in the future with bed bugs. I think it’s a win-win on both ends.

Easy/friendly check-in with Gus who was helpful and professional. Located close to where we had an appointment, safe area, very clean and budget friendly. Good breakfast, but if you wanted other options there are several fast food places nearby. Will stay again.

I would have appreciated one additional lamp in the room, but this is minor and a personal preference.

Location - 10 min from Knoxville Airport Safety - in a good area Cleanliness - excellent Staff - VERY friendly Breakfast - Continental OK Affordable ! Would recommend anyone to stay there, for a short or longer visit to the Knoxville area.

VERY hard pillows.....

Room was spacious and very clean. The rooms are small suites, with a living room that includes a full kitchenette and a single cup coffee pot. It is separated from bedroom by a bathroom along the hallway. Located close to a mall, it is still very quiet. Included breakfast was quite good with fresh scrambled eggs, diy waffles, fruit, toast, cereals and more. Staff is very friendly and check in and out quick and easy. We stay here anytime we are in the Maryville area. Highly recommend.

The room was exceptionally clean and in good order.

The only thing I would have liked would have been if I had been on the first floor because of being hard to get up and down stairs. I'm 66 and getting hard to do stairs. But great place.
