The room is well appointed, large window overlooking a neighborhood and backyard, breakfast was delightful, host was helpful and easy to find. Reasonable pricing and location to the Munich airport makes it a perfect spot fora last night. There is a restaurant on site but while running an errand, we found a pretty amazing Bavarian restaurant with a view of the valley, good food and even better beer with a km or so. Nice town, too. We had visited The Dachau Memorial and needed a calm stop. This hotel was perfect for time to reflect.

The elevator worked fine but there were a few steps we could not avoid. I did not book a handicapped room so don’t know if that would change. On this trip, I had favored my knee and hip which made steps more difficult.

This hotel is perfectly situated for a stay the night before a flight out of Munich. The airport is nearby and easily accessible and yet Freising has a relaxing vibe with excellent walking opportunities. We enjoyed walking through the university gardens and the riverside pathway. The room and beds were quite comfortable and clean. I greatly enjoyed dinner in the biergarten, and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come again when traveling out of Munich.

We had a delayed flight from Bologna and missed our connection so had to stay the night near Munich Airport. This place was a real find. Clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast included in the price. Staff were helpful and cheerful. A couple of kms to the centre of Freising but bus stop outside and in any event the walk from the centre was easy. Very pretty town. Excellent transport links to the airport. So although we had not chosen to stay in the first place, this hotel made it worthwhile.

Quite warm when we were there and room needed a bit of ventilation but there was a fan that helped.

THERE WAS AN ELEVATOR! What a treat! We had 2 double rooms, one with the beds split into twins, which had a nice little sitting area as well. Impeccably clean, excellent breakfast buffet (variety and quality). The staff was very friendly, and helpful as well. We needed some duct tape to ensure an overtaxed suitcase didn't split open during the flight home and they were kind enough to just give us some to use. Freising is a lovely town too, and well worth spending some time in its Altstadt. If you're flying out of MUC, it's a very convenient location.

We were going to get in very late and had to leave fairly early to catch a flight. The hotel staff sent very good instructions on how to locate the key and check in. The room was super comfy and I wish we had more hours to spend there. Breakfast was lovely!

The floor numbering was a little tricky and at 11:30 pm, it took us a while to figure out the 30's were actually on a floor BETWEEN the 10's and 20's (or something like that!) However, there was an elevator, which is a definite bonus anywhere in Europe!!

Close to airport. We were warmly greeted. They arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning. We had dinner in their restaurant which served very tasty German specialties. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. Rooms were nice, both included a private balcony with chairs to sit on. Weather was too cold to take advantage of it. Temperature got no higher than 25 degrees F while we were there. It is also only a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the oldest brewery in the world! Totally worth the uphill trek!

A friendly and warm welcome at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely with excellent food, Bavarian and international, and beer from Weihenstephan. Breakfast was varied, fresh and plentiful. The hosts were extremely helpful with local information and anything else that we asked. The hotel is very well placed for all transport into the pretty Bavarian town centre of Freising and the airport (bus or S bahn). We would always recommend this lovely hotel

The hotel was right on the bus line from the bus station in Freising - an affordable option for travel from the Munich Airport. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The man who checked me in was welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast staff very nice too!

This isn’t really a negative, but travelers should know it’s 2 bus rides from the airport.

Centrally located. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Though the restaurant was closed for dinner I heard from a friend who lives locally that the food is quite good.

I don’t particularly like carpeted bedrooms and the flight of concrete stairs were a bit stained.
