Good stay for family w/kids, small room but comfortable, hot/cold shower are fine, water flow and flushes are all working well. No bugs seen and no smell inside the room. Hotel as awhole smells good. Only please provide complimentary drinking water specially when you arrive late and no shops available and the vending machine inside the premises is out.

The pool is close during our stay but before I booked it confirms here online that it will be open during our stay tgatwhy I choose to proceed. Next time please provide accurate information to your online clients.

The location is very competitive - there's an MTR station just a stone's throw away. The view from my room was brilliant. I found the staff to be friendly and approachable as well. Considering the price, this hotel was absolutely worth my while, and I'd come back.

Unfortunately, the carpet in my room wasn't entirely clean as I could spot some hairs on it. One minor source of irritation for me was the long waiting times for the lift. But, all things being equal, that's just me being petty.

Brilliant location right near the harbour front and near the shops and cafes near Mid Levels. I had a room on the 32nd floor so enjoyed spectacular views overlooking the harbour I ensured I had a harbour view when booking. Security looked after my bags after check out so I could enjoy the last day without worrying about what to do with them. Staff were all helpful in reception,security and housekeeping.

Room was rather small and bathroom especially so but it didn't bother me at all. I was there to see the sights. A couple would be advised to book a larger room.

Location 2 mins walk from the mtr station ( once you are inside you’ll have to walk for like 10 minutes to get to the trains ). 10-15 min walk to the Macao ferry terminal. A10 bus stop from/to the airport 7-10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and take away places around. The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. Quick check in /check out. The room looked new, was clean and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The room had a harbour view. It was small but functional and everything I needed was there. I really appreciated having a swimming pool on the rooftop, the view is amazing. There are 4 lifts and I never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes, often less than that

No wardrobe, just a few hooks. If you are very tall you might feel uncomfortable using the toilet as the bathroom is really small

location,MTR is just 1-2minutes walking,bus and tram is very accessible too. theres 7/11 and McDonalds in front of the hotel,groceries and resturant too. Very convenient for a first time tourist in HK.

When we arrive the toilet door is broken (bit old maybe as you can tell in their hair dryer too) and forget to refill the conditioner. the shower area is not good too as it always make the toilet floor soaking wet. but view is nice and bef is ok as well.

Excellent location close to MTR and easy to walk into town, great harbour view on a high floor, very good value for money, even considering the very small room size.

The room is very small with barely enough space to move around and only just enough space to open a suitcase (by pushing it under the bed). But this is Hong Kong and you get what you pay for - we paid a very reasonable rate of around £70/night.

Location was so convenient. It was a 2 min-walk to the MTR. It was also surrounded by convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries. The room was clean, beddings were fixed every day (it can be changed upon request), bins were emptied, and towels were also replaced every day. They also had an air filter. Surprisingly the room was spacious, considering that most hotel rooms in Hong Kong are small, so I’m really happy about it. The bed also had a space underneath to store my luggage.

The lift- it was always super busy, I had to wait for 5 minutes just to get on the lift once or twice. My room had a smell of smoke (but my room is a non-smoking room) perhaps it was from the vent coming from other rooms. The smell went away after some time. There was no cabinet, only with wall mounted hooks to hang clothes. No hangers.

Staff were friendly and kept rooms nice and clean when required and topped up your necessities. Comfortable stay, amazing view for the room we had of the city and mountain view.

The only thing I mainly did not like was the size of the bathroom. A shower installation would have been better than a bath tub in each room as the space for the toilet was quite restrictive, making it harder to get out of the bath tub after having a shower let alone doing your private business whilst on the toilet. I was in an unfortunate state of having a busted ankle during my trip and the struggles of getting in and out of the bath tub was not easy. There was also the unfortunate closure of the rooftop pool during the stay which was closed around start of October 2023 for renovations which the notice was provided only inside the hotel room instead of when you checked in.
