Location: close to MRT and bus stop from the airport & close enough to see the main TST attractions on foot. Great transport connection to different directions. Room: spacious, clean, renovated. We booked a double harbor view room, and when asked for a higher floor, we were granted the highest one (25th floor!) and a renovated room free of charge. Thanks much receptionist Carol for this! View: amazing!!! Breakfast: honestly, we were super happy that we booked a room with breakfast. Good choice of dishes, and everything was tasty. A few kinds of eggs (scrambled eggs were perfect!), pancakes with syrup, oatmeal, and other cereals, sausages and other meat, some local dishes, fruits, and veggies. Coffee was too strong for my taste, but milk tea was a decent alternative.

Although I understand it's a hotel standard, it would have been great to have two chairs in the room so both people could sit. The Wi-Fi was 8/10 slow sometimes, but it was more than enough for vacationing.

Great location just north of Kowloon park. Nice view from floor 15. Bed are good. Very good shower. Room a bit old but fairly large for being in Hongkong. Breakfast is good with a good variety of food. The hotel has no pool but there is a public pool in Kowloon park 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The area is so nice to just stroll in. There are hundreds of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

I have no complaints.

Clean, convenient, nice view

The staff didn’t tell me that I needed to use the key card with the elevator. It was rather funny that I stood in it pushing buttons and going nowhere until a restaurant worker showed me what to do. Also, the bed was a little uncomfortable.

We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel is excellent wrt transportation, near to amenities for shopping, hopping to night market, local cuisines and the kowloon park right behind. The room we stayed had the rear window view and its the best wag to watch the night hongkong glitters. We found the restaurant is for chinese oriented yamcha and there is a bar at the corner for a pint or evening cocktail.

Cleanliness, location, AC, housekeeping, check in and check out. Amazing impression

Free bottles of water would be great

The bed was firm and very comfortable. Loved it! Friendly staff. Roger, one of the managers was very helpful. He offered to put us in a different room when we complained there were people smoking in their room. We could smell it when walking down the hallway. We declined the offer because we didn’t want to pack our stuff again.

Great location! Can even walk to many famous places! Easy to access to collective traffic. Could even see ocean in the room. Great view!

Its the location we wanted for easy access to MTR and all areas of HK. Short stroll to Temple St and other street food experiences.

Rooms are super small and the beds are seriously rock hard. Not enough room for 2 chairs to sit after a long day out. City view is too noisy despite been on the 24 floor

Nearby to high speed train station Kowloon west.

Everything is Good , Pricing may a little bit expensive
