Lovely place to stay , my wife and I am have just spent 3 nights here and loved it , perfect hosts , fantastic breakfasts ( hot and fresh ) , the whole house is spotless and welcoming , shower snd bath perfect with piping hot water . Bottled water, milk etc in the room every day and the little chocolates are a really nice touch . Jill can’t do enough for you and we highly recommend the house . Bourton and the surrounding villages are beautiful, fab walks right on the doorstep and we loved the two goats and the donkeys next door .
A bit of noise from the adjoining room but I am noise sensitive tbh .

The welcome from the host, Jill, was warm and the room and bathroom of high quality, tastefully decorated, clean and cosy. Beds were very comfortable, and the location was not noisy, so we slept well. We had an upstairs room (1 flight). Breakfast was extensive, ordered from a menu, and freshly prepared. Jill gave us tips on places to visit, which was really appreciated. There were torches at the front door for guests who wanted to walk into town (Bourton-On-The-Water) and come back after dark. A thoughtful touch. Off-street car parking was good peace of mind.

Gill her husband were friendly and very helpful with their local knowledge, of where to visit. The entire accommodation was extremely clean, very comfortable bed, the bathroom with the shower were of a very high standard. Plenty of lovely white towels. Lots of teas, coffee and drinking chocolate, with fresh milk in a just perfectly sized fridge. The breakfast was everything you would expect but more, lots to eat and beautifully cooked. There were lots of parking spaces. We had Room 3, very quiet at the back, over looking a lovely grassed area.
There was nothing to dislike about our experience of staying at the Sunny Nest.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sunny Nest. This is such a cozy respite near Bourton-On-the-Water. The owners are so kind and my check-in process was seamless as I arrived from a long journey from New York. The room was super clean and comfortable and breakfast was filling and delicious each morning. Truly felt like staying in someone's home and I loved the goat and donkey paddock in the back.
I will say that the location is a bit further from town than I expected. It's about a 20-minute walk into the heart of Bourton-On-the-Water and you do need to cross a major road without a crosswalk so definitely take that into consideration if you don't plan to rent/bring a car. The road that the B&B is on also does not have any street lights so I had to make sure to be back ahead of sunset because I didn't feel comfortable walking back after that. If you do plan to bring a car then the location is great as the drive into town should be any longer than ~5 minutes.

We received a warm and friendly welcome. There was a high standard of cleanliness and decoration throughout the entire property. Our bedroom was well-furnished and very comfortable, with a lovely en-suite. The breakfast menu included plenty of choice and the food was well-presented and delicious. The property is well located for exploring various local towns, villages and places of interest. The owner obviously takes great pride in providing a high standard of service to guests.
We completely enjoyed our stay.

Best stay ever! The host was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. We had a bit of trouble when checking out, and their family went above and beyond to help us, making sure we got on our way smoothly despite the rainy weather. We’re so, so grateful! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the room had free cookies and milk, which made it feel extra cozy. The backyard even had a little farm with donkeys and sheep—it honestly felt just like home. We had such a great time on this trip, and staying here was a big part of that. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

The hosts truly stand out with their exceptional hospitality. As for the breakfast, it exceeds expectations with its extensive variety and high-quality products. The room is impeccably clean and equipped with all necessities. The complimentary daily chocolates and water bottles add a delightful touch. Regarding the location, it's a 20-minute walk from the city center. However, returning at night without a car can be challenging due to the absence of a pedestrian crossing on a high-speed road and insufficient lighting until reaching the hotel. While we were prepared for this, it's worth noting for others. Additionally, the availability of torches for borrowing is another thoughtful gesture.
There was rust on the elements of the kettle in the room.

Charming and spacious room in comfortable family home with lots of cosy touches, like animal statuettes and vintage trinket. Really comfortable bed and daybed, lots of tea and small treats provided in the room. Breakfast with MASSIVE and delicious, with plenty of options (including vegetarian) to suit any taste.
A bit challenging to park, especially if others parked crookedly. Felt awkward eating in the dining room outside of breakfast hours as the hosts lived on site and seemed a bit surprised when we asked to use it, so we weren’t sure if they were really happy with us being there - may be helpful if they could spell out rules for using common spaces when you book.

Lovely host. Amazing breakfast! Very organised and attentive, perfectly timed, perfectly cooked. Everything was great, even the toast!. Room was really nice, hot shower, hot water, everything you could want. Little fridge with a bottle of milk. Chocolates, biscuits….they topped up, and encouraged you to ask to top up. I can honestly say the best place (B&B) I have stayed at for many years, home and abroad when you combine everything. Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike.

I lived every part. The room was clean, modern with a style of vintage! The host was lovely and most welcoming. Very approachable too and made the stay feel comfortable. We requested a fridge and champagne flutes and had crystal glasses which were a lush touch! If I was to visit again I would stay here. Wouldn't even ea t tk try looking elsewhere. The breakfast was divine. Hats off to the chef! A real homely vibe. Nothing was too much trouble. Best bed and breakfast I've stayed in. Highly recommend.
