Location, spacious, easy access, comfortable Lounge

Tight Parking, no privacy from unit next door when sitting outside. Limited cooking facilities. Stiff linen. Freezer needed serious defrosting. No full size fridge. Lots of noise from unit above.

The location is stunning and perfect. The layout of the apartment works well with the location.

Some parts of the apartment are dusty and obviously weren't cleaned for a long time. Examples are: washing machine, when you ooen it, you can see a LOT of dust, the ceiling fans have dusts all over (you can even see them hanging). The couches smelled so bad I even wanted to wash them myself that's why we had a couple of blankets put over them and sprayed some perfume to mask the bad smell.

Reception was unattended when we arrived, however there was a number to call. On speaking to someone, i was told there was a text message sent to me with instruction on how to get in to the apartment which had gone to my spam folder. Once this was worked out, getting into the apartment was a breeze. Apartment was clean and quite roomy. Great location, quiet but still on the beach, Really good value for money.

A little tired (needs fresh coat of paint, knob missing off the stove, washing machine a bit the worse for wear, floors need resealing) however none of this affected our stay.

Location was superb, and the place was also good. Entire apartment is very good with all the facilities. Staff were excellent and they were very helpful. We arrived early and they helped early check in. If next time i would travel goldcoast i would definitely book this same apartment. It was clean and the facilities are excellent as well.

Little things would have made it more excellent such as for 5 people only 2 small soap and one shampoo and conditioner was there and only two toilet roll. There was no milk in the fridge as well but overall the experience was very good.

The location was fantastic - just metres from a beautiful golden beach! The apartment was mostly good - apart from a few small details listed below

There were a few small detail things that I didnt think were up to standard I would expect of a property / price such as this: - The blind in the bedroom didnt even cover the window properly (lack of privacy and bright in the morning) - The door to the bathroom was stuck (couldnt close it) - The ceiling fan was wobbly and a bit noisy - There was a window in the shower which meant a lack of privacy (other apartments could see in). I thought this was strange and assume it was to allow a view of the beach/sea (only place in the apartment) - Corrosion on toilet cistern buttons - The fridge wasnt turned on when I arrived

Location is lovely beachfront and it was very clean. Keys were easy to get.

Perhaps some focus on ambience. Very basic uncomfortable cheap furniture. Linen was hard and uncomfortable. Like to be positive but also think its important to give honest feedback. I travel a lot and in comparison the tarrifs at over 400 per night would expect no broken toilet seat or stained bed linen, rusty fans and window furnishings. Come on hosts, a little more effort I feel. 👌

Great location. Modern apartment with polished concrete floors. Great shower/bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Perfect if you love to go for an early morning swim. The beach is right on your doorstep.

The bbq is shared between the whole block and gets quite busy. Also was not clean so we ordered Indian. Not sure why they didn't give each apartment their own bbq as there is plenty of space. Also there is no alternative cooking as the kitchen has no stovetop. I expected a working kitchen and a Queen bed for the price but it was still a lovely location. Don't pick the 2 b/r with ocean view if you like privacy.

Sink not draining as quick as it should in bathroom simple maintenance issue

It was a lovely apartment, quite spacious and very comfortable for 3 adults. No view from our room, but there was a lovely table on the deck outside our door which had a view. Paulo, the host was so friendly and helpful. Excellent and peaceful location, right on the beach. Onsite parking available but also plenty of unmetered street parking.

My parking spot was very hard (for me 😂) to get into, so I parked on the street.

We love the location , a few step from the beach and great outdoor terrace. The staff there was very friendly and helped us with all our questions and needs.

The apartment was nice , but for the money you pay it could be better maintain Appliances old and some of them broken, lots of dust in the bedrooms ceiling fans.
