I actually booked for 1 day ,but due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to extend my stay at saluja for 3 more days.due to unavailability of rooms i had to shift to another room at same charge,but the room locking system was not ok.despite of saying this at the reception,they neither changed the room nor got the lock repaired,so every time i had to call room service for locking and unlocking my room .location wise it is in prime location of siliguri ,where you can find all transporation services,as well as its nearest to hong kong market in siliguri.one can find very nice restaurant namely Gupta hotel for breakfast ,lunch and dinner if looking for hygienic food at affordable price

Excellent hospitality provided by swabhimanyuu and felt good excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in siliguri. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, all available and good looking rooms. There was a service boy that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The stay was very comfortable...As I reached there after driving for 14 hours and needed rest badly..And the hotel was perfect. The staff including the guard were very helpful, sincere, well mannered and polite. The room was very clean and tidy. The food was very tasty. The parking lot was huge and inside the hotel boundary, so I didn't have to worry about the car's safety. In all, I could rest peacefully and had a very sound sleep.

A good budget option in Siliguri. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Wifi, TV etc was good. Room was OK and fine for a night. Great restaurant downstairs. Central location in (busy) Siliguri, and our Auto rides from/to NJP were relatively quick even though the traffic in Siliguri can seem heavy!

Well the rooms were clean and staff responsive

We were surprised that breakfast was being served in the room and after we asked our order the staff informed that breakfast order above 300 was to be paid so we asked to serve 2 people's breakfast at 300 but they informed it was not possible later the front desk clarified and we got our 2 people's breakfast but it left us a little uneasy as booking .com clearly showed breakfast at 300 and we had selected that option this may require a little clarification

Rooms were good and cleanliness was well maintained.

Staff at reception was very rude and not helpful at all due to which we were forced to book another hotel for our return dates.

Everything was up to mark. Best bank for the budget Rooms. I would recommend everyone to have a stay here atleast for once to experience. Its a great Hotel.

The location, cleanliness, Restaurant.. everything is awesome.. I didn't expect this good hotel in middle of the city

Even though there were problems with the A/C after we moved in to the hotel, the staffs were very prompt to rearrange the room and move us.

The hotel staff are very helpful & courteous! Look forward to come back on future
