The bedsheets and the towels were white and clean what is very important for me. Bathroom was clean as well. All windows and balcony had mosquito nets. We arrived around 11pm, but anyway it was possible to check-in, thanks for that. Breakfast is very simple. That was exactly what we expected for this money. And morning shift worker was so nice and polite. Subway station was pretty close. Many good restaurants and cafes were around.

Some facilities are very very old and barely functional. A door between two rooms (we were as a group) was opening with difficulties while making so much noise that it was really a big problem to go to the bathroom at night, because you would wake up everyone. Sofa was also so old and so noisy that our friend was scared to move at night. Big thick blankets for beds were not really that much clean …

It's true that this hotel is a bit dated but if you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower for a few days than it's not bad at all. This hotel is great value for the money. I found that many of the other places were overpriced. The room was cleaned every day and there is even a basic breakfast included for the price.

The reception was just in front of the room and I could hear everything happening outside. Also the street where the hotel is, is a bit hidden and thus harder to find but it was well connected with public transport.

Everything was as I expected, according to the description. Contact with owner was perfect as well. Conditions of bathroom and bedroom ok. Really nothing to complain :) and moreover guys from hotel service were very very nice and helpful. There was no problem to get breakfast earlier and breakfast was really cool for that price :)

Bed was comfortable and room was of a good size. The TV service was good. several channels and smart TV

The location. it is quite far from metro station. This hotel is a good option if you have rented a car because due to its parking facilities. However; I wouldn't recommend to rent a car in Milano. the city lacks parking spaces and driving is chaotic.

The place is very close to the metro station, so it's pretty convenient to get to the city center. The room was clean, with wifi and hot water, so all the basic needs were covered

Unfortunately the room was a bit dark because we could see only a huge tree from the window which blocked light

Very friendly staff and helpful. Luggage storage. Spacious bathroom. Reception is open for 24 hours. Breakfast fast is served with various options of tea , coffee and soft drinks.

There is no kettle in the room. Metro station is slightly far 7 minutes walk.

Very cheap for being quite close to Milan city center

A little bit of manteniment on the door and the bathroom wouldn't help, otherwise in line with the expectations for a 2 star

My room Was clean. Very close to city center. The neighbourhood was good and safe day and night so don't believe negative comments about the location. You can buy drinks and alcohol at reception.

They need to provide floor towels as standard in the bathroom.

The staff was very helpful and friendly it was clean, a very good 👍 for what we paid, with the value of money very Good, Thanks guys
