The new owners of this hotel were super helpful when a truck towing a bike ,along with two other bikes, decided to park in handicap parking, not even handicap. Wouldn't have been a big issue if they didn't block access to the building in all directions. But the front desk was super helpful, and the truck moved. The bed was comfortable, location convenient to hwy but far enough away from traffic noise.

Breakfast could have been a bit better and the shower stopper was better in roll in shower because water went all the way to the door and made carpet there wet. But for the price I would stay there again

The hotel was a great value for the price. The room was exceptionally large, and the bed was comfortable. The easy chair looked like it would be squishy, but it was surprisingly comfortable.

The bathroom sink and counter were so low as to be difficult to reach for a 5'6" woman. There was a small piece of something or other in the duvet (I really didn't want to examine it closely). Otherwise, everything was as I expected.

Clean, comfortable and value for money.

It has a coffee machine that uses pods but no pods. There's coffee in tea bags but no way to boil water unless you're supposed to use the pod machine. Breakfast was ok, enough to fill up. Not much cooked food. They did have this yellow stuff, I think I might have been eggs!?

We especially liked the staff. I found them accommodating. We also liked the set-up of the motorcycle parking - brilliant!

The scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't so great - quite watery. Would prefer bacon or sausage instead of biscuits and gravy. Not a fan of biscuits and gravy. If there was a set-up for dropping off luggage before check-in that would be exceptional.

There was a hot breakfast that consisted of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and waffles. Room was very clean with microwave, fridge, tv, and very cold air conditioning. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

coming in from the outside on north side there was a lip on the floor that I tripped over coming in.

Ohh I loved 🥰 the hot breakfast, Cup cakes 🧁 but the multiple choices of of almost everything saved my day as I had go a long way home. The rooms & beds were cleaned and specially bathroom. Well maintained property, staff was welcoming & friendly, security cameras everywhere made me feel so safe. Will definitely visit again if I came to Sturgis again

The breakfast area was very clean, and the selection was great! They had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and many other options to choose from. The location is also super convenient, right next to the highway, which made it easy to get in and out.

The breakfast was lacking in most everything by 8:30, and it was supposed to be available till 9, therefore there should have been eggs, biscuits and gravy that were hot. No eggs left and biscuits and gravy were cold. And the only things left were space.

The location was super convenient. It was near a lot to do and within an hour drive of Mount Rushmore, needles highway, deadwood, keystone, etc and the town itself was super cute as well. The room was clean and they were remodeling to make it nicer for guests.

Nothing I didn’t like or could complain about.

Fair price and clean. I was very impressed with the manager. When we were out really early adjusting our trailer and machines, the manager came out to make sure it wasn't someone else messing with our stuff. It was a good feeling to know your property is being monitored and knowing it is secure. Great job!
