Our room was clean and good size. The shower was also big. The bed was very comfortable.

The parking situation was hard. Garage was full and big vans made it difficult to move through the parking garage across the street. We arrived around 11 pm and it was very confusing where to enter. There were no signs on outside doors. Then when we got to the elevator and saw that lobby was written on it we went up to only find a sign to go back down stairs through the casino to the other hotel front desk. It would have been nice for that sign to be on the main floor by the elevator.

We love 4 points! This was our second time. And they did not disappoint. Justin at the front desk is an absolute asset to this hotel!! The rooms are decorated beautifully, and I love the bathroom. Love the outside fireplace. Love that it's pet friendly ( this was our first road trip with our 2 small dogs) very reasonable 50.00 cleaning fee for pets. ( Not per night or per pet this is ,per stay!) We stayed 4 nights! This will now be our go-to hotel when visiting Deadwood!

The only negative I have for this hotel. The mini fridge in the room, truelly is much too small! It doesn't even hold a to go box! I think if they took the ironing board out of the closet( and made that an item to request) and put a bigger mini fridge in there, the room would be 100% perfect!!!

The location is ideal for exploring Deadwood's old town. Right on the high street but a short walk down the road so you're not right in the thick of the hustle and bustle all the time. The beds were very comfortable. This was one of the few hotels that offered twin rooms with 2 queen size beds which was ideal for us. Good shower and all very clean and tidy.

The room was a little fusty but I think this is common where the main source of ventilation is the air conditioning. The windows in the room did not open.

Great location at the end of town, parking available if necessary. I called to let the hotel know that we would check in late and they said we could check in any time during the night which was helpful - when we arrived we had to go to the neighbouring hotel to check in though as the Four Points itself was not actually 24/7 reception. All went smoothly. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for a night.

The hotel charged my card for parking without me asking for parking or telling me how much it was. They were good enough to refund me however since there was a misunderstanding.

The usual high levels of facilities, comfort and cleanliness you would expect from this brand. Big room, well equipped and a comfy bed. Well located a little bit away from the mayhem but it's not far to go and get mired in the tackiness of Deadwood. The hotel interconnects with the services of the Hampton next door, which is pretty useful.

If you're driving, get there early. The car park is limited (and costs 20 bucks a night) and alternatives are limited. We were lucky, others were frustrated.

This large hotel in the middle of casino/tourist-town, Deadwood, offered a fresh, clean place to crash on my cross-country drive. The multiple decks offered nice outdoor access to those staying a bit longer than I did.

This hotel suffers from a shortage of parking and, apparently, staff as the lobby bar was closed when I arrived due to a staffing shortage and the pay-per-breakfast was so painfully chaotic and slow due to limited staff that I opted for granola bars before hitting the road.

Very Clean facility, centrally situated for traveling around the area on motorcycle trip. Pretty rooms, decorated nicely, comfortable beds. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Could stream on tv. Covered parking which was nice perk. Easily accessible and able to walk shops/ casinos of Deadwood day or night if desired. We were out riding all day so nice to be able to get back and walk to food and sites in the evening leaving motorcycles parked.

Had to pay for parking- however after some quick math if took trolley from other properties further away would cost total of $8.00 a night to get to and from downtown ($2 per ride) versus $20.00 a day parking)- we were able to park two bikes one spot so breakdown of $10.00 a day parking. The two dollars more was worth it for our purpose and convenience sake imo. We did not trailer, If you trailer a bike you’d likely need to use public parking or the property’s outside lot (14.95/ night currently) which will be even more- so take into consideration when choosing this sight.

Very close to all the action on Main St. in Deadwood. Convenient parking, although it came at a cost. $20/day is steep but it was nice knowing our vehicle was safe.

No complaints except the cost. The facilities are very nice, updated and clean but over $200 a night including parking is a lot for a family. But it was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us so we accepted the cost.

Location was good, a little bit of a walk to the downtown area but not to bad.

The room could use a little more attention, the corner light had a chair in front of it, we moved it to sit by the window and seen that the light base was all covered in dust and there was a big dead beetle laying back there.

Location , loved the convenience of food and drink, and coffee shop all in same building with out stepping out side. It was cold and rainy.

Room had a weird smell to it ,reminded me of a dairy farm smell. Noise neighbors walk through door between rooms sound traveled right through it.
